★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα δωμάτια όπως τα βλέπετε, καθαρά και προσεγμένα. Το ίντερνετ πολύ καλό καθώς κάθε δωμάτιο έχει δικό του wifi extender. Κοντά στο δωμάτιο υπάρχει φούρνος και σούπερ μάρκετ. Η απόσταση από το λιμάνι είναι γύρω στο 1 χιλιόμετρο αλλά είναι ευθεία και δεν θα το καταλάβετε. Η παραλία Ζάβια είναι λιγότερο 500μ και εμείς την τιμήσαμε δεόντως. Μπορείς να πας και με τα πόδια αλλά επειδή βρίσκαμε παρκινγκ χρησιμοποιούσαμε αυτοκίνητο. Ευγενέστατη η κυρία Χριστίνα πολύ σημαντικό να βλέπεις ευχάριστους ανθρώπους στις διακοπές σου. Το συνιστώ και αν με ξαναφέρει ο δρόμος στα Σύβοτα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω.
The rooms as you see them, clean and tidy. The internet is very good as each room has its own wifi extender. Near the room there is an oven and a supermarket. The distance from the port is around 1 km but it is straight and you will not understand it. Zavia beach is less than 500m and we honored it properly. You can also go on foot but because we found parking we used a car. Your Excellency Mrs. Christina, it is very important to see pleasant people on your vacation. I recommend it and if the road brings me back to Sivota I will prefer it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ καλο ιντερνετ γιατι ειναι διπλα στο κεφαλι σου να σε τηγανιζει χωρις να επιτρεπεται το βραδυ να το κλεισεις ,κλιματιστικο που βαραει πανω στο κρεββατι,στο εξτρα ραντζο απλα δε κοιμασαι,κατα τα αλλα καινουργιο και καθαρο.
good internet because it is next to your head to fry you without being allowed to turn it off at night, air conditioner that weighs on the bed, on the extra ranch you just do not sleep, otherwise new and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slightly better than Greek standard accommodation. A/C is available without extra charges, and studios are bit more spacious than usually.
Staff is very kind. Cleaning is on 5 days basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Position of the house is very good, street with bakery and markets are around the corner. Marina and corset are under kilometer away which we find nice for evening walk.
Studios are very spacious, room is with one double and one single bed (beds are "full" size), with dinning table with 3 chairs, big wardrobe and still enough space in there.
Kitchen is very well equipped with utensils and have small oven and big fridge.
Studio and all inside were very clean, same as all around house.
Studio on the side have two balconies of which one is with table with chairs.
A/C is in the price.
LCD TV with Greek channels.
Every studio have independent Wi-Fi with router in studio.
There are few common areas around house one of which is BBQ.
Owners are very nice.
