Προσεγμένες κρεβατοκάμαρες με τα μπάνια τους, όλες έχουν πρόσβαση σε μπαλκονι με θέα το λοφο πίσω ή τα Σύβοτα μπροστά και την Κέρκυρα στο βάθος. Μεγάλη κουζίνα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και σαλόνι με όλες τις ανέσεις. Ο δε κήπος...μαγικός! Κάθε σημείο του και μια όμορφη γωνιά. Μεγάλη τραπεζαρία δίπλα στην πισίνα, ξαπλώστρες φορητές, τραπεζάκι στη σκιά μιας υπέροχης μουριας, παγκάκι κάτω από τις λεμονιές, γύρω γύρω άπειροι κάκτοι κάθε είδους...ένα όνειρο! Πεντακάθαρα όλα μέσα-έξω. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενέστατος και εξυπηρετικός. Να μην ξεχάσω τα κρασιά στο ψυγείο και το καλάθι με τα τοπικά προϊόντα που μας πρόσφερε. Πολύ κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνο και εστιατόρια και ούτε 800 μ. από στο κέντρο των Συβοτων, στο οποίο μπορείς να "πεταχτεις" και με το ποδήλατο που υπάρχει διαθέσιμο στη βίλλα. Επίσης, πολύ κοντά στις πιο όμορφες παραλίες της περιοχής. Συνολικά, μια υπέροχη εμπειρία που συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Lovely house with comfortable spaces, beautifully decorated. Neat bedrooms with bathrooms, all have access to a balcony overlooking the hill behind or Sivota in front and Corfu in the background. Large kitchen, fully equipped and living room with all amenities. And the garden ... magical! Every point of it and a beautiful corner. Large dining room by the pool, portable sunbeds, small table in the shade of a wonderful mulberry tree, bench under the lemon trees, endless cacti of all kinds around ... a dream! Very clean inside-out. The owner is very kind and helpful. Do not forget the wines in the fridge and the basket with local products he offered us. Very close to supermarkets, bakery and restaurants and not even 800 m. From the center of Sivota, where you can "jump" with the bike available in the villa. Also very close to the most beautiful beaches in the area. Overall, a wonderful experience that I highly recommend!
A	Agnes Los on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben echt genoten van onze vakantie in Cactus Villas. Hier is aan alles bedacht en je komt niks te kort. Er staat zelfs een mooie fiets om naar de bakker te gaan of een stukje te gaan fietsen. Je hebt veel privacy, leuk zwembad, mooie planten, bomen en heel veel rust. Je bent binnen 5 minuten met de auto op het strand. Je zit vlakbij het centrum van Sivota. Alles bij de hand. Echt een aanrader. We really enjoyed our vacation at Cactus Villas. Everything has been thought of here and you will not be short of anything. There is even a nice bike to go to the bakery or go for a ride. You have a lot of privacy, nice swimming pool, beautiful plants, trees and a lot of peace. You are on the beach within 5 minutes by car. You are close to the center of Sivota. Everything at hand. Really recommended.
A	Agnes Van Daal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super warm Grieks ontvangst door Christos en Dimitris!! Heerlijke Villa met verfrissend zwembad. Er zitten 2 villa's naast elkaar: Cactus Villa en Villa Aloë. Wij zaten in Villa Aloë. Grote ruime villa met 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. Wij waren met z'n tweeën dus voldoende ruimte. De villa is volledig ingericht. Alles is aanwezig. In de keuken staat een koffiezetapparaat waar je lekker filterkoffie kunt zetten. Het zwembad is niet heel groot maar voldoende om lekker af te koelen. De twee ligbedden zijn heerlijk. De tuin is erg mooi ingericht. Een mooie boom dient als parasol. Er is altijd een plekje om in de zon te liggen of om even in de schaduw te liggen. Door de omheining heb je heel veel privacy. Het is maximaal 10 minuten lopen naar de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt. Als je vanaf de villa naar de haven loopt kom je voldoende supermarktjes tegen. Wandelen in de omgeving. Wij hebben de app "eRoute" gedownload. Daar kun je invullen hoeveel km je wilt wandelen. Vervolgens krijg je een mooie wandelroute te zien. Wij zijn bijvoorbeeld achter het huis omhoog gelopen (gaat best stijl). Daarna kun je links of rechtsom het wandelpad gaan volgen. Prachtige uitzichten, geiten, boerderijen etc. Restaurantjes in de buurt. Als je vanuit de villa richting de haven loopt kom je voldoende restaurantjes tegen. De meeste Griekse restaurantjes lijken op elkaar maar je kunt er prima eten. De allerbeste is: I Thessalia Taverna. Als je vanuit de villa naar de haven loopt (10-15 min) kom je dit restaurantje aan je rechterkant tegen (circa 10 min.). Het restaurant zit tegenover The Butcher Shop. Je kunt er heerlijk buiten zitten. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en ze hebben heerlijke Griekse gerechten. Drie andere restaurantjes die wij erg goed vonden waren Steak House (richting de haven lopen), Mediterraneo pizza en pasta (richting de haven lopen) en The Blue Coast (aan de haven). There are 2 villas next to each other: Cactus Villa and Villa Aloë. We were in Villa Aloë. Large spacious villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We had enough space with the two of us. The villa is fully furnished. Everything is there. The kitchen has a coffee maker where you can make nice filter coffee. The pool is not very big but enough to cool off. The two sunbeds are wonderful. The garden is beautifully decorated. A beautiful tree serves as a parasol. There is always a place to lie in the sun or to lie in the shade. The fence gives you a lot of privacy. It is a maximum of 10 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket. If you walk from the villa to the harbor you will come across enough supermarkets. Hiking in the area. We have downloaded the app "eRoute". There you can fill in how many km you want to walk. Then you get to see a beautiful walking route. For example, we walked up behind the house (going quite steep). Then you can follow the footpath to the left or right. Beautiful views, goats, farms etc. Restaurants in the neighborhood. If you walk from the villa towards the harbor you will come across plenty of restaurants. Most Greek restaurants look alike, but you can eat well. The very best is: I Thessalia Taverna. If you walk from the villa to the harbor (10-15 minutes) you will come across this restaurant on your right (about 10 minutes). The restaurant is opposite The Butcher Shop. You can sit outside. Staff is very friendly and they have delicious Greek dishes. Three other restaurants that we really liked were Steak House (walk towards the harbor), Mediterraneo pizza and pasta (walk towards the harbor) and The Blue Coast (on the harbor). J	Joost Bergeijk,van on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een prachtige plek om je vakantie te vieren. Iets uit de drukte van syvota. Prachtig gelegen op een heuvel die uitkijkt over het dorp en korfu. Het huis (aloe vera) heeft alles wat je mag verwachten van een vakantie huis. 3 grote slaapkamers, 3 badkamers en beneden ook nog eens twee slaap banken. Voor ons als zes persoons gezien meer dan prima. Daarnaast zorgt eigenaar Dimitris zeer goed voor je mocht dat nodig zijn. Het zwembad en de tuin zijn heerlijk! We verbleven hier 16 dagen en hebben ons geen moment verveeld. Compass outdoor adventures kan ik zeker aanraden voor alle activiteiten die je wil ondernemen. Raften, quad rijden, historische trips het kan allemaal. Ga zeker ook even eten bij restaurant Thessalia. Kok Tassos en de bediening met Nico bezorgen je een prachtige Griekse avond met lekker eten. Boek je hier zul je er geen spijt van hebben. Mooie combinatie van rust, gemak en toch een omgeving waar veel te doen is. What a wonderful place to spend your vacation. Something from the hustle and bustle of syvota. Beautifully situated on a hill overlooking the village and Corfu. The house (aloe vera) has everything you would expect from a vacation home. 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 sofa beds downstairs. More than fine for us as a six person. In addition, owner Dimitris takes very good care of you if necessary. The pool and garden are lovely! We stayed here for 16 days and never got bored. I can certainly recommend Compass outdoor adventures for all the activities you want to undertake. Rafting, quad biking, historical trips, everything is possible. Be sure to have a meal at restaurant Thessalia. Chef Tassos and the service with Nico provide you with a beautiful Greek evening with good food. If you book here you will not regret it. Nice combination of peace, convenience and yet an environment with lots to do.

The garden has full privacy and a lot of shadow but there is always a place to sit in the sun. You can pick oranges and lemons. The pool measures about 4×4 (depth 110-190) but the jet-stream gives an option to exercise. There is a free bicycle you can use. The village and beaches are on walking distance. A day trip to Acheron river of hiring a boat for a day is highly recommended.
