Nice new restaurant! Food is incredible and service great!

A new entry in Paros. It already seems like one of the best restaurants on the island and probably the first choice for meat lovers. The food is unbelievably good and the service is top. Nice list of cocktails and wines as well.

We were a bit put off by the price but decided to give it a go. Both the food and the service were outstanding. If you are a bit fed up with the standard Greek menu and want some Wow taste-wise - definitely recommended

Wowowowow. Best. Seafood. Of. My. Life. I’m not even exaggerating. This is how I always thought seafood was suppose to taste. Spend a little extra, get the seafood pasta! I promise you won’t regret it!

Wow wow wow. The service is impeccable and the food is outstanding. An incredible experience. Fine dining in a breezy Grecian atmosphere.

To our surprise, our absolute favorite meal in Paros and Greece! We chose Luaz because it has beautiful patio seating, is away from the craziness of Naoussa’s port area, and is far less windy than the beach front restaurants. I was enticed when the waiter mentioned that everything on the menu was fresh, which was different than the other restaurants we had experienced. To start, we got some helpful recommendations from the friendly staff and managed to order the perfect combination of appetizers and entrees that our group all shared. We had eaten well in Greece during our two week vacation, but it was enormously refreshing to try some completely new and original flavors like the feta mousse which blended perfectly with the outrageously ripe cherry tomatoes in the Greek salad, the tender and flavorful grilled calamari with a delicious tartar and lemon sauce, and the over the top tuna carpaccio with wonderfully prepared scallops (and for sure the scallops should be their own dish on the menu!). We wrapped up the meal with the New York cheesecake, which was great. My daughters, wife, and in-laws all loved the meal and atmosphere! We are certain that Luaz is going to go far! Bravo!

All I can say is WOW! This place was amazing. The service was outstanding and there food was delicious. The atmosphere was just what we wanted. It is a little away from the craziness of the restaurants by the water and situated in a quaint area. The patio is beautiful! We highly recommend LUAZ!
