Οι πωλήτριες ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικές και τηρούσαν τα μέτρα προστασίας του Covid ( μάσκες κλπ) όποτε ένιωσα ασφαλής και ευχαριστήθηκα τα ψώνια μου ! Τώρα απλά ψάχνω την επόμενη αφορμή να το ξαναεπισκεφθώ!!! Very beautiful shop with many and unique pieces, all quality! The saleswomen were very helpful and followed the Covid protection measures (masks etc) whenever I felt safe and enjoyed my shopping! Now I'm just looking for the next reason to visit it again !!!

Αγόρασα φούστα που πρόθυμα μου πρότειναν να την μεταποιήσουν σε συνεργαζόμενο ραφείο επί πληρωμή . Το πατρόν ήθελε προφανώς γνώσεις που δεν γνώριζαν τα κορίτσια του προσωπικού . Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν μια αποτυχία την οποία και ουδέποτε αναγνώρισε κυρίως η ιδιοκτήτρια αλλά με διάθεση εκνευρισμού πως δεν αντιλαμβάνομαι το σχέδιο . Το συνεργαζόμενο ραφείο αποδέχτηκε το λάθος που είχε γίνει και με έξτρα κόστος η φούστα που προοριζόταν για βραδινή έξοδο μετατράπηκε σε midi. No value for money συνολικά . Οι καλές επιλογές ρούχων δεν αρκούν . Η ευγένεια και η αναγνώριση λάθους θα ήταν σημαντική στάση ώστε να επιλέξω και επόμενη αγορά από οποιοδήποτε κατάστημα The staff and the owner with a great mood of service but with incomplete knowledge undertake paid clothing conversions but do not take responsibility for mistakes. I bought a skirt that I was willing to turn into a collaborating tailor for a fee. The patron obviously wanted knowledge that the staff girls did not know. The result was a failure which was never acknowledged mainly by the owner but in a state of irritability that I do not understand the plan. The collaborating tailor accepted the mistake that had been made and at an extra cost the skirt intended for a night out was converted into midi. No value for money in total. Good clothing choices are not enough. Kindness and acknowledgment of error would be an important attitude for me to choose the next purchase from any store

Δύο λεπτά πριν ήταν άλλο αυτοκίνητο στην θέση. Ο ιδιοκτήτης του ψώνισε σε άλλο κατάστημα, αυτό δεν ένοιαξε το προσωπικό. Εάν είναι αυτός ο τρόπος να εξυπηρετηθούν στο κατάστημα "αιλιν" πελάτες, τότε εύχομαι όλα τα καλά για το μέλλον... The staff gave more importance to the fact that the only customer does not cover two parking spaces, than to serve him! Two minutes ago another car was in place. The owner shopped in another store, the staff did not care. If this is the way to serve "ailin" customers in the store, then I wish you all the best for the future ...
