Not only they bearly answered my question, but they also sent me away in a very rude manner.
I strongly advice avoiding this traveling agency.

We were supposed to retrieve tickets for the ferries, despite the logo of the ferry company on the agency, the personnal told us, it was not the good place without any indications.
People shouldn't be working at a travel agency, if they seem so annoyed by touristes.

Great experience, but instead of checking availability when I called and explained what I wanted over the phone, they had us come in before calling several people to check boat availability. In the end, there was one available, and they organized payment and explained everything very well.
