★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χρεώνουν 5€ για την κάθε εξέταση επιπλέον για δήθεν "Επεξεργασία και αποθήκευση εξετάσεων" χωρίς την άδεια του πελάτη. Και για να είναι σίγουρη ότι θα τα πάρουν στέλνουν τον κόσμο να κάνει πρώτα τις εξετάσεις και μετά πληρώνονται. Για εξέταση αξίας 7€ και συμμετοχή κάτω από 1€ πήραν συν 5€, άρα δεν αξίζει να γράψεις καν εξετάσεις αφού πας με παραπεμπικό και καταλήγεις να πληρώνεις την αρχική αξία της εξετάσης. Απαράδεκτο
They charge 5 € for each examination in addition for supposedly "Exam processing and storage" without the customer's permission. And to be sure that they will get them they send people to do the exams first and then they get paid. For an exam worth € 7 and participation under € 1, they took plus € 5, so it is not even worth writing an exam since you go with a referral and end up paying the initial value of the exam. Unacceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά υπαλλήλου του μικροβιολογικου η οποία χωρίς να φοράει γάντια έπιασε 2 μάσκες από τη μέση ούτε καν από τα λάστιχα και μου της έδωσε να φορέσουμε εγώ και ο 8 χρονος γιος μου όταν το πρωί πήγαμε για αναλύσεις στην τιμή των 2 ευρώ.!!
Unacceptable behavior of an employee of the microbiology who without wearing gloves grabbed 2 masks from the waist or even from the tires and gave it to me and my 8 year old son to wear when in the morning we went for tests at the price of 2 euros. !!
