★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are borderline useless. We waited an hour to be served and there were at least 6 staff on duty. It appears they have a lot of trouble accomplishing the most basic of duties. If you can avoid this establishment and go just about anywhere else.

However the old regime people working there, who are mostly unqualified as well as rude and technologically uneducated but protected by ridiculous tenure, should be changed or fired because they spoil the good name of cosmote and give it a bad name customer service wise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently had a new phone line and telephone number put in by COSMOTE. This is within the last few weeks. I live in the North of Corfu
From the very first day our phone was put in, we have received daily marketing scam phone calls from India pretending to be from Microsoft or Windows
These calls start at 06:30 in the morning until around midday. Telling you your computer is sending warning flags to their servers and they will help you fix it
Microsoft do not cold call but COSMOTE clearly must sell your data or freely pass it on to others
