★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καταρχας καντε μια χάρη στον εαυτό σας κι ελάτε στην Σύρο. Μετά ψάξτε γι αυτόν τον Φούρνο. (?Μπαινοντας στην Ποσειδωνία, αριστερά στην Ηρας, στο δρομο προς Μεγα Γιαλο θα δείτε ταμπέλα. Not easy to find but diamonds are not)
Ψωμι και αρτοποιήματα γενικά, με τέτοια φροντίδα, δεν έχετε ξαναφαει ποτέ. Πηγαίνετε να δείτε τι ανθρωποι τα ετοιμαζουν, γευτείτε και θα καταλάβετε.

First do yourself a favor and come to Syros. Then look for this Oven. (Entering Poseidonia, left in Hera, on the road to Mega Gialos you will see a sign. Not easy to find but diamonds are not)
Bread and baked goods in general, with such care, you have never eaten before. Go see what people are preparing, taste and you will understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing bread! We had some in a restaurant in Kini and wanted to find the source so hunted it down - but hard to find, on a back road up a hill. Delicious cakes too, and very friendly owners who kept giving us freebies. Glad it was open on Saturday morning during lockdown!
