Do not go here! I was very disappointed in this travel agent and the services I received. I happened in here while walking. I asked about a day trip to Delphi. I had some research online and had an idea about what tour I wanted. The agent immediately recommend the tour that received the worst rating online. I assumed he was getting a kick back. I insisted on another company which he obliged. I also asked if I needed to pre purchase my ferry ticket or if I could just do it at the port. He insisted I buy it immediately as "You will have to wait at the port in line for 1.5 hours. If you wait the ship will be sold out and you will be stuck in Athens." He said he has direct access to ferry capacity and that there was only 8% available. These ended up being right out lies. With a ticket in hand I arrived at the port 45min early. I bet right up to the ticket counter at the port to ask which ship was mine. When on board the ferry was only at 50% capacity. Again he pushed one main ferry company since he gets push backs. He didn't know anything about the various ferry companies or the difference in class. When I asked him about seating using a picture on his desk he didn't have an answer. He also offered a private car service from my hotel to the port for 20€. Again saying if I take a taxi the metered charge would be much higher, and traffic would cause me to miss my ferry. All were lies. I took a taxi for 6€ and there was no traffic. Book all your tickets online for the ferries, and book tours directly from tour companies online. Do not visit this travel agent!

Bill was super nice. He booked 2 good hotels for my son and I. He picked us up in the morning to bring us to the port. He kept one of my suitcases in his office, so I would not have to travel with 2 suitcases, which was nice. He told me the hotel price were around the 360 Euros/night, when in reality they were 80 Euros a night. The ferry tickets were booked as economy, when I was traveling with a child- No place to sit down for a 7 hrs ferry ride. The transfer coming back from Santorini to the port was 3 hrs late, making us miss the ferry to Mykonos- the ticket time said 11:15 am, transport called to let the hotel know they were picking us up at 2 pm. I thought if they said 2 pm, it should be fine. A gentleman from the Mykonos ferry turned my son and I down stating that we had missed our boat. One nice lady, let us in- Thank God, there are still nice people in this world - she saw I was distressed with my son + luggage. Once we arrived in Mykonos, there were no transfer waiting for us. I had no cell phone connection, and only a few dollars on me ( lost my bank card). I asked a few people waiting on the port, to help me contact the travel agency, initially, there was no answer, once it phone was answered, Bill told me to get a taxi that he would refund me, and since I had no cash, the hotel paid for it and wanted me to pay them back- it took a few contacts to Bill, and he took care of it. When we returned from Mykonos to the port, Bill assured me that I would have a transfer arranged to the port. Since the transfer did not show up, i called Bill several times, and I panicked, it was 7 PM and our boat was scheduled to 7:30 pm. The hotel’s reception girl, called a taxi for me, which I never got refunded for it, even though, all transfers were included in my package. I was disappointed with it all. I planned to have a nice vacation with my son. The stress I went through could have been prevented if the agency had arranged things correctly. I would not go there.

I can't say enough about the superb service which Bill Elman provided. When we got to Athens, we had a major problem with tickets purchased from an American travel agency. They referred us to the Athens agent who supposedly serviced their customers when they are in Greece. Turned out, however, that the Athens agent no longer existed. Standing on the sidewalk outside of the defunct agent's former office wondering what to do, we saw the sign for Majestic Travel a few doors down. So, we walked in and explained our dilemma to Bill. Even though he had nothing to do with our American agency and the problem they created, he simply volunteered to see if he could help us out. I can't imagine how many phone calls he had to make, or trips to the suburban office of our American agency's Greece agent that he finally tracked down, but I think he must have spent the better part of 2 days solving our problem. He kept us posted as he went along, was gracious and exceedingly helpful at every turn, and solved our problem despite many obstacles. It was simply outstanding service, especially considering that his agency wasn't even involved.

Great customer service. They can book you anything. They gave great recommendations. Even after we left Athens they continued to help us travel.

Phenomenal experience. We needed a covid test less than 24 hours and he got us a PCR test immediately and got results within 3 hours. He also gave lots of helpful tips to ensure we could enter back into the US safely. Very helpful and professional. Would highly recommend.

Anastasia and Vasileios are wonderful people. Their business, Majestic Travels is a very helpful resource and most reliable. They helped me change my ferry when it was canceled at the last minute, helped me with booking new hotels to compensate for my poor self-planning, helped me navigate the Athens area, and helped me to get my covid-19 test! Thank you, Thank you, Thankk you!!!

Mr. Elman, was the consummate professional. We found him by accident by just walking down the street and it was one of the most serendipitous moments of the trip. He took care of everything for us and it was highly reasonable and affordable. When I say everything I mean everything! We went to Athens 5-islands, helicopter, jet ski, business class ferries and lol for a affordable rate he taxi us wherever we needed to go and pick us up and even coordinated our COVID-test which came to our penthouse. I 100% endorse this company and will certainly work with them again. Truly 6-Star service for 3-star price. I now call him my Grecian grandfather.
