Although I used the site a lot for ticket reservations, the times I had to get in touch by phone or by email with the agency, I found complete help and courtesy.

Χθες 15/05/2021, εκλεισα μέσω αυτου του ταξιδιωτικού γραφείου ταξίδι επιστροφής στην Ελλάδα από την Αγγλία. Ωστόσο, επειδή είχα ξεχάσει προχθες να συντάξω το προαπαιτούμενο PLF (ξεκάθαρα δικη μου ευθύνη), αναγκάστηκα να αλλάξω πτήση για σήμερα 16/05/2021 και να επιβαρυνθώ το κόστος των 280€ λόγω αυτής της αλλαγής. Με κλάμματα καθως πήρα τον κ. Αρσενακο για να τον ενημερώσω περί της κατάστασης, ο ως άνω ΚΥΡΙΟΣ (με Κ κεφάλαιο) από μόνος του, και με ύψιστη ανιδιοτέλεια πλήρωσε με δικη του ευθύνη το ως άνω κόστος αλλαγής της πτήσης και με καθησύχασε ότι ολα θα πάνε καλά! Κατάφερα να ταξιδέψω και πραγματικά, έχοντας μείνει με ελάχιστα χρήματα σε μια ξένη χώρα, οφείλω να σας παροτρύνω να εμπιστευτείτε τόσο το γραφείο όσο και τον κ.Αρσενακο! Θα σας βοηθήσει σε οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα έχετε και θα σας καθησυχάσει με τον καλύτερο τρόπο όσο μακριά και αν βρίσκεστε! (Φυσικά το κόστος των 280€ θα το καταθέσω την Δευτέρα 17/05/2021, όπως και με καθησύχασε ο κ.Αρσενακος να κάνω ώστε να μην αγχωθώ μέχρι να φτάσω στην Ελλάδα!) ΠΡΑΓΜΑΤΙΚΗ ΑΝΙΔΙΟΤΕΛΕΙΑ ΚΑΙ ΑΨΟΓΗ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΗΣΗ!!!! I would like to base my criticism on an event that makes me choose this office again and again !!! Yesterday 15/05/2021, I booked a return trip to Greece from England through this travel agency. However, because I had forgotten the day before yesterday to draw up the required PLF (clearly my responsibility), I had to change flight for today 16/05/2021 and be charged the cost of 280 € due to this change. With tears as I took Mr. Arsenakos to inform him about the situation, the above LORD (with K capital) on his own, and with the utmost selflessness paid with his own responsibility the above cost of changing the flight and reassured me that everything It will be ok! I managed to travel and really, having stayed with little money in a foreign country, I must urge you to trust both the office and Mr. Arsenakos! It will help you in any problem you have and will reassure you in the best way no matter how far away you are! (Of course I will deposit the cost of 280 € on Monday 17/05/2021, as Mr. Arsenakos reassured me to do so as not to stress until I arrive in Greece!) REAL SELFISHNESS AND PERFECT SERVICE !!!!
C	CON on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα τηλ. για ενοικίαση αυτοκινήτου μου είπαν θα με πάρουν σε ένα 20λεπτο δεν με πήραν ποτέ οπότε ξαναπήρα τηλέφωνο μετά από ώρες και η τιμή ήταν πολύ ακριβή ! I got on the phone for car rental they told me they would pick me up in 20 minutes they never picked me up so I got on the phone again after hours and the price was very expensive!
