F	Foteini Karagiouvani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εμπειρία μου στο κέντρο ρομποτικής Makerlab αποτελεί ένα ταξίδι στον κόσμο της ρομποτικής και της τεχνολογίας καθώς και την εξερεύνηση και αναζήτηση απαντήσεων σε ποικίλα προβλήματα.Το πιο σημαντικό κομμάτι αυτού του ταξιδιού αποτελεί η φιλική και οικεία ατμόσφαιρα που επικρατεί.Συμμαθητές και καθηγητές δημιουργούν την καλύτερη εξερυνητική παρέα δημιουργώντας αξέχαστες αναμνήσεις απο διαγωνισμούς,γέλια σε επιτυχίες,κλάματα σε αποτυχίες και πολλά πολλά ξενύχτια στο Makerlab για την απόκτηση της νίκης-γνώσης. My experience at the Makerlab Robotics Center is a journey into the world of robotics and technology as well as exploring and seeking answers to a variety of problems. The most important part of this journey is the friendly and intimate atmosphere that prevails. Classmates and teachers create the best exploratory company creating unforgettable memories from competitions, laughs at successes, cries at failures and many many nights out at Makerlab to gain victory-knowledge.
Ν	Νίκος Βέμης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η πορεία μου στο εργαστήριο του MakerLab ξεκίνησε το 2017,όταν ήμουν στην 1η Λυκείου και έτυχε να είμαι από τους πρώτους μαθητευόμενούς. Εκεί είχα πρόσβαση σε γνώσεις πανεπιστημιακού επιπέδου. Είχαμε επεκταθεί εκτενώς στους τομείς της ρομποτικής,του προγραμματισμού(από αλγορίθμους μέχρι γλώσσες) και της μικροήλεκτρονικης σχεδίασης.Επίσης,ασχοληθήκαμε με πρακτικά ζητήματα,όπως την διαχείριση του χρόνου μας στα πλαίσια της προετοιμασίας ενός project και την συμμετοχή τόσο σε πανελλήνιους αλλά και παγκόσμιους διαγωνισμούς.Το κλίμα στον χώρο του MakerLab ήταν βοηθητικό για την εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία και με βοήθησε έτσι ώστε να αποκτήσω ένα πολύ καλό επίπεδο στο αντικείμενο των σπουδών μου και μάλιστα πριν την εισαγωγή μου στο πανεπιστήμιο,σε αντίθεση δυστυχώς με το κλίμα που υπάρχει στην τριτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση,το οποίο απλά ευνοεί έναν φαύλο κύκλο μιας άγονης εκπαιδευτικής διαδικασίας.Οι γνώσεις που απέκτησα σε αυτόν τον φιλόξενο χώρο με βοήθησαν,αν και πρωτοετής,να μπω στη λέσχη ρομποτικής του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών. My course in the laboratory of MakerLab started in 2017, when I was in the 1st Lyceum and I happened to be one of the first apprentices. There I had access to university-level knowledge. We had expanded extensively in the fields of robotics, programming (from algorithms to languages) and microelectronics design. The atmosphere in MakerLab was conducive to the educational process and helped me to achieve a very good level in the subject of my studies and even before I entered the university, unfortunately in contrast to the atmosphere that exists in higher education, which simply favors a vicious cycle of a barren educational process. The knowledge I gained in this hospitable space helped me, although a freshman, to enter the robotics club of the University of Patras.

It is more than robotics, programming, cutting edge technology, STEAM, it is hands on education, small, carefully chosen groups, collaboration, teamwork, projects well supervised that are super fun for those up for the challenge and willing to think outside the box!! Highly recommended!!!
