★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived there after a three hours drive from Athens. The hotel and the owners are superb. I have travelled all over the world and I could say that this place is one of the best. First the location: Exceptional views of Hydra, Dokos, and the blue sea. The water is clear blue and the whole setting is unique within an olive orchard. The food is exceptional and the family that runs it is so hospitable. Try the fish soup, the dolmades, and the "ladera" in general. The breakfast is also excellent and the majority of the food is homemade. Some of the best rooms can be found in the "Yianni" building. There is no pool but the sea there is exceptional. You do not need a pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent care and upkeep very clean. Breakfast buffet was exceptional, all homemade entrees. Owners/ hosts are friendly and there to help.. Quiet and isolated but within easy commute to towns villages and ferries to nearby islands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ideal escape for relaxation in a peaceful and romantic environment inside a 150 acres olive grove, besides an amazing beach. Mrs Nelly and her son Nick are doing magic in the kitchen! Taste Nelly's pies and ask for the day's dishes. Greek recipies, freshly cooked with quality ingredients from the area, will give you the best example of greek cuisine. Enjoy your evening cocktails by the sea under the sounds of soft jazz music. And, by the way, everything is sparkling clean!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful family run resort with some of the best home cooked Greek dishes you will find. The service is excellent and the location is superb. Beautiful beach and during the pandemic, given the space required, this is probably the best place one could stay. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely location full of olive trees, water is clean for swimming, quiet area away from all the town noise, friendly people (management and service), clean rooms, great food portions and taste.
On the negative side: needs some TLC in the rooms and the grounds, food and beverage prices are above average, beach is below average, and the actual hotel rating should be a 3 star for all the amenities and quality offered.
There is plenty of room for improvement, hope in the next years will upgrade the amenities in the rooms.
