★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χτίστηκε το 1924 από τους Joseph Pleyber (Ζοζέφ Πλεϋμπέρ) και Eli Hassid Fernandez (Ελί Χασσίδ Φερνάντεζ, για τους Πελοπίδα Σταμούλη και Αλέξανδρο Καραδήμου και αποτελεί ιδιοκτησία των Καραδήμου, Σταμούλη και Μαλλάχ. Χαρακτηρίστηκε διατηρητέο νεότερο μνημείο με απόφαση του 1983. Λειτούργησε ως εμπορικό μέγαρο και μέχρι σήμερα στεγάζει επιχειρήσεις. Βρίσκεται στην γωνία Ερμού και Βενιζέλου. Αποτελείται από ισόγειο, ημιώροφο και 4 ορόφους. Είναι από τα λίγα κτίρια εκείνης της εποχής που δεν έχει αίθριο ή κάποιο υαλοσκεπές άνοιγμα.
It was built in 1924 by Joseph Pleyber (Eze Hassid Fernandez) and Eli Hassid Fernandez (Eli Hassid Fernandez, for Pelopidas Stamoulis and Alexandros Karadimou and is the property of Karadimos, Stamoulis and Mallah. It is located on the corner of Ermou and Venizelos, consists of a ground floor, mezzanine and 4 floors.It is one of the few buildings of that time that does not have a patio or a glass roof opening.
