Παράγγειλα μια πλακέτα από επαγγελματική μηχανή καφέ από την σελίδα τους και μετά από δυο μέρες τους κάλεσα να δω αν υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα στο προϊόν και ούτε γνώριζαν για την παραγγελία μου ενώ τους έδωσα αρ παραγγελίας κτλ. Με τα πολλά κάνουμε ξανα και τηλεφωνικά την παραγγελία με τον κωδικό της πλακέτας και όπως υπάρχει και στην σελίδα τους και περιμένοντας 6 μέρες με ειδοποίησαν από την κούριερ ότι ήρθε επιτέλους . Όταν ανοίγω το πακέτο βλέπω ότι μου έχουν στείλει αλλά ντι άλλων , μια πλακέτα άσχετη και άχρηστη για την δίκη μου μηχανή. Περνώ τηλ στην εταιρία ( ο θεός να την κάνει) και μιλησα με έναν τύπο που το μόνο που δεν μου είπε είναι ότι φταίω εγώ που παράγγειλα και δεν τους άφηνω στην ησυχία τους.αποποιήθηκαν των ευθυνών τους ρίχνοντας την ευθύνη στον προμηθευτή τους.με τα πολλά μου είπαν θα με καλέσουν εντός της ημέρας για να δούμε τι θα γίνει κάτι που δεν έγινε ποτέ .πέρασε άλλη μια μέρα και ακόμα δεν με έχουν καλέσει. Σήμερα θα τους καλέσω εγώ σαν ένα τελευταίο τηλ και μετά θα μιλήσουν με τον δικηγόρο μου για εξαπάτηση. Δεν τους προτείνω και καλό θα ήταν αν χρειάζεστε κάτι να απευθυνθείτε άλλου σε πιο αξιόπιστους προμηθευτές . Ντροπή απλά . Unbelievable inconvenience and unprofessionalism. I ordered a plate from a professional coffee machine from their page and after two days I called them to see if there is availability in the product and they did not even know about my order while I gave them the order number etc. With many we do the order again by phone with code of the board and as it is on their page and waiting for 6 days they notified me by courier that it has finally arrived. When I open the package I see that they have sent me but for others, a board irrelevant and useless for my trial machine. I call the company (god forbid) and I talked to a guy who only did not tell me that it is my fault that I ordered and I do not leave them alone. Many told me they will call me during the day to see what will happen that never happened. Another day has passed and they have not called me yet. Today I will call them as a last resort and then they will talk to my lawyer about fraud. I do not recommend them and it would be good if you need something to turn to other more reliable suppliers. Shame simply.
