★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μπήκα να ρωτήσω τιμές για καλοριφέρ. Ο χώρος μύριζε τσιγαρίλα. Λέω στον υπάλληλο (σγουρομάλλης με φαλάκρα στη μέση) ότι χρειάζομαι 5 μεγάλα σώματα και 2 σώματα μπάνιου. Μου λέει κατευθείαν μια τιμή. Τον ρωτάω δεν έχει κατάλογο για να δούμε ποιότητες και κατασκευαστές και να μου γράψει μια αναλυτική προσφορά; Και μου απάντησε ειρωνικά "μόλις στην είπα". Απαράδεκτο κατάστημα.
I went to ask for radiator prices. The room smelled of cigarillos. I tell the employee (curly haired bald man in the middle) that I need 5 large bodies and 2 bathrooms. He tells me a price directly. I ask him no list to see qualities and manufacturers and write me a detailed quote? And he replied ironically "I just told you." Unacceptable shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγοράσαμε ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Στον ενάμιση χρόνο περίπου σταμάτησε να βγάζει ζεστό νερό και τους ενημερώσαμε ότι πρέπει να έρθει τεχνικός καθώς ήταν εντός της εγγύησης. Μας ζήτησαν να πληρώσουμε κάποιο ποσό για ένα ελαττωματικό προϊόν το οποίο έπρεπε να διορθώσουν ή να αντικαταστήσουν εντελώς δωρεάν.
ΥΓ. Οι νόμοι της ΕΕ είναι πεντακάθαροι και ορίζουν δωρεάν επιδιόρθωση ή αντικατάσταση σε προϊόντα εντός εγγύησης και οι όροι τους οποίους υποστηρίζετε είναι καταχρηστικοί και δεν έχουν καμία ισχύ απέναντι στους νόμους.
We bought a solar water heater from this store. In about a year and a half it stopped pumping hot water and we informed them that a technician should come as it was under warranty. We were asked to pay some amount for a defective product which they had to correct or replace completely free of charge.
ΥΓ. EU law is clear and provides for free repair or replacement of products under warranty and the terms you support are abusive and have no effect on the law.
