Everything is made with superior ingredients, traditional recipes from the baker’s village, and is all perfectly flavorful. We tried 15 different things over the course of 3 days and think everything is awesome, but if we had to choose: Ground beef pie Cheese pie kourou The croissant (total flex) Ekmek Kataifi Oh and the bread? Singularly high quality sourdough in the village tradition. go go go go. Spend a bunch of money, it’s inexpensive, try everything, brag about it later.

The staff is so nice, helpful, english- and even german-speaking. Huge recommendation, also for foreigners who would like to try traditional goods.
