Takis is an amazing lovely guy, he is so passionate about his bakery and the lovely goodies that he makes. I will be carrying loads of stuff when I go back to Dubai. There is always a q outside but it is worth the wait. Cheers

Very kind and patient, even leaving the bakery to guide myself and my friend to fill our water bottles in the neighbouring restaurant! I enjoyed a cream filled/ custard filled croissant, a delicious sandwich and a few tiny pastries! So cute and fresh! The sign on the door is also lovely! Thank you Takis, we were very satisfied with our visit :)

The staff were nice and took time to explain us the vegetarian options available. I enjoyed the mini cheese/ potato bites, chocolate cake and their vegetarian pizza bread. All freshly made and fairly priced too

Well, actually EVERYTHING in Takis is from heaven. Takis is probably the best bakery / pastry shop in Greece. Which means, without exaggeration, Takis is the best bakery in the universe!

It's a very popular bakery in the vicinity of the Acropolis ... so don't be surprised to have to wait in line to get in! The wait is worth it and the service always friendly! ?? I was surprised to find yummy chocolate brownies in this bakery .... that turned out to be about the best I've bought from an Athenian bakery. They looked homemade & were truly delicious! ??? I would have given this bakery the 5th star for all its tasty items .... but I didn't cuz I found the store really dimm and without proper lighting that didn't allow many of its products to shine!
