Κατόπιν συστάσεως επισκέφτηκα το Κρεοπωλειο Μανδηλαρά και πήρα (στη αρχή) δύο καλές μπριζόλες.
Πιστεύοντας ότι διατηρεί την ποιότητα του έκανα το λάθος να παραγγείλω και μια μεγάλη ποσότητα κρέατος ( t-bone, ribeye, φιλέτο, μπριζόλες, λουκάνικα) για το σπίτι. Η τελική τιμή ήταν ιδιαίτερα υψηλή και χωρίς ανάλυση τις αξίας του κάθε κομματιού!
Η ποιότητα όμως και ιδιαίτερα η κοπή των κρεάτων δεν είχε καμία σχέση με την αξία που πλήρωσα!!!
Όταν παραγγέλνεις και πληρώνεις φιλέτο θέλεις φιλέτο ομοίως και στο ribeye και τα υπόλοιπα.
Δεν επιτρέπεται να σε χρεώνει 23 ευρώ το κιλό και να σου δίνει κομματάκια κρέατος για παιδικό πάρτι!!
Βέβαια ίσως το λάθος μου είναι που εμπιστευτηκα έναν χασαπη από την Κόρωνο για premium κοπές κρέατος! (Το έχει ξανακάνει;)
Το χειρότερο όμως όλων είναι ότι πήρα τηλ να τον ενημερώσω για την δυσαρέσκεια μου και Δεν εμφανίστηκε καν στο τηλέφωνο!!!!?
Είναι το δεύτερο περιστατικό ΑΡΠΑΧΤΗΣ που αντιμετωπίζω στη Νάξο!
Τελικά μήπως τελικά το συνηθίζουν στο νησί;; ;.

Upon recommendation I visited the Mandilara Butcher and got (at the beginning) two good steaks.
Believing that it maintains its quality, I made the mistake of ordering a large amount of meat (t-bone, ribeye, fillet, steaks, sausages) for the house. The final price was very high and without analysis of the value of each piece!
But the quality and especially the cutting of the meat had nothing to do with the value I paid !!!
When you order and pay for fillet you want fillet in ribeye and the rest as well.
He is not allowed to charge you 23 euros per kilo and give you pieces of meat for a children's party !!
Of course maybe my mistake is that I trusted a butcher from Korono for premium meat cuts! (Has he done it again?)
But the worst of all is that I got on the phone to inform him of my dissatisfaction and he did not even appear on the phone !!!!?
This is the second ARPACHTIS incident I face in Naxos!
After all, are they finally used to it on the island ?? ;.
