Θα ήθελα να αλλάξω 2 παντελόνια που παρήγγειλα ονλαιν (δυστυχώς δε μπορώ πλέον να πάω σε φυσικό κατάστημα) και για την αλλαγή πρέπει να τα στείλω είτε με τη γενική ταχυδρομική που με χρεώνει 15 ευρώ είτε με το ταχυδρομείο που το κόστος μου είπαν ότι είναι 5 ευρώ. Γενικά είναι ντροπή σαν εταιρεία να αποκόβεις πελάτες και να μη μπορούν να έχουν σωστό customer service. Στις οδηγίες των επιστροφών και αλλαγών δεν αναφέρεται πουθενά ότι αυτό είναι κόστος που το επωμίζεται ο πελάτης (παρά μόνο γράφει ότι στη περίπτωση της χρήσης ταχυδρομείου δε θα γίνει δεκτή η επιστροφή αν έχει επιλεγεί με έξοδα παραλήπτη) δεν αναφέρει τίποτα για την εταιρεία κούριερ. Είμαι πολύ συχνή πελάτισσα και αυτό μπορείτε να το δείτε από το όνομά μου ωστόσο ΔΕ ΠΡΟΚΕΙΤΑΙ ΝΑ ΞΑΝΑ ΨΩΝΙΣΩ ΑΠΟ το mango outlet και φυσικά θα το δυσφημίσω σε όλο μου τον κύκλο. Χάνεται πελάτες και ψάχνετε μόνο για εφήμερους.
I'm extremely unhappy. I would like to change 2 pants that I ordered online (unfortunately I can no longer go to a physical store) and for the change I have to send them either by the general post office which charges me 15 euros or by the post office which told me the cost is 5 euro. It is generally a shame as a company to cut off customers and not be able to have proper customer service. The instructions for returns and changes do not mention anywhere that this is a cost borne by the customer (except that the return will not be accepted in the case of mail use if it has been selected at the recipient's expense) does not say anything about the courier company. I am a very frequent customer and you can see this from my name, however I AM NOT GOING TO SHOP AGAIN FROM the mango outlet and of course I will discredit it throughout my cycle. You are losing customers and you are only looking for ephemerals.
