Μένω στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης και δεν μπορούσα να βάλω ούτε τη διεύθυνση του σπιτιού μου ούτε κάποιο κατάστημα για να παραλάβω από εκεί. Μόλις με πήραν από γενική ταχυδρομική ότι το δέμα μου έχει σταλεί Αθήνα και η διεύθυνση που μου είπαν ότι γράφει είναι άσχετη με αυτή που είπα στη κοπέλα να βάλει. Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. I placed my order through your application after the call center girl told me that your system has a problem and does not accept all PCs. I live in the center of Thessaloniki and couldn't get my home address or a shop to pick up from there. As soon as I was received by general mail that my parcel was shipped to Athens and the address I was told to write is irrelevant to what I told the girl to put. Unacceptable service.

Είχα ένα θέμα με τους πόντους μου στη sephora card και η κοπέλα στο ταμείο με βοήθησε πολύ. Very good service! Nothing to do with sephora in Tsimiski which suits me best but is a nightmare. The saleswomen are polite and willing to help. I had an issue with my points on the sephora card and the girl at the checkout helped me a lot.

Απίστευτα πιεστική και τοξική. Διώξτε την χτες. All the girls were very good, except for the old redhead, who definitely wanted to sell me her own product, while I wanted another company. Incredibly stressful and toxic. Get rid of her yesterday.

Εκείνη μου είπε ότι δεν έχει διαφορά και ότι "συμφέρει" να πάρω το μικρό. Πήρα το μικρό και μετά αποδείχτηκε ότι το μεσαίο που το είχα ζητήσει κιόλας, είχε καλύτερη προσφορά που προφανώς συνέφερε πιο πολύ. Απλά ντροπή σας. I once went to get perfume and the saleswoman wanted to sell me the small bottle as she told me that it has a discount if I wanted to get the medium size. She told me that it does not matter and that it is "worthwhile" to take the small one. I took the small one and then it turned out that the medium I had already asked for, had a better offer that obviously suited me the most. Just your shame.

K	Karolina Orlovich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are not the most nice in this sephora, when you ask something from the employees they act like they dont want to give you service and rather do their makeup and talk to each other, there are a lot of things missing in this branch lots and they don't have restocks. Deffinatlly would not come back there.

Food court is open, but in order to sit inside you will need to show proof of vaccination. Long story short - corona safe shopping place.
