Service was great, food good but not as incredible as the price would suggest. Overall a 3 out of 5 as the steak was fine but not worth 50€. Service was very good however, friendly waiters and easily available.

Would not recommend. we got the kessaria pie, octopus and pesto pasta, kessaria pie was adequate, the pasta was okay but mostly average, the octopus was easily the worst dish, both mushy and chewy. Although we did arrive late only an hour and a half before the kitchen was due to close, and when nearby restaurants were not serving new customers, but I would have preferred to be turned away than to pay for what we received.

Interesting take on traditional Greek cuisine. We enjoyed the dolmadakia with salmon (like a Nigiri almost) and the fresh fish. The orzo was also nice and flavorful. Our server was friendly and the ambience is very lively as it's next to a few of the islands popular bars!

Gourmet Mediterranean cuisine. A very nice restaurants with high standards on how to present a dish. All the dishes successfully managed to combine different tastes. I will recommend the black boar dish.

Exceptional service, authentic flavors. We loved all the dishes we ordered and especially the beef tartar, the fresh sea bass and the pork pancetta. Great dessert options as well. Highly recommended!

Great food in Hydra. We ordered 2 mains and 1 appetizer and all were great. The portions are good sized and the prices are vere reasonable. In general this restaurant was much better than other posh restaurant experiences in Hydra.

We walked in for dinner around 730pm and it was full moments after we came. We ordered the pork tomahawk which was tasty and good. Service was very nice and definitely recommended!

My wife and I started off with an order of meatballs, which had a crunchy breading and incredibly tender interior. The flavor was outstanding and they were probably the biggest surprise of the meal. The beet salad was also excellent but much more in line with what we expected. We went back and forth over entrees and ultimately decided to share both the lamb shank and the spinach orzo. The orzo was lighter than anticipated (being a cream sauce) but very flavorful. Our waiter said the owner had initially made it at home when improvising a meal for his family and, realizing he had a winner, added it to the menu. It was a very original take on some very familiar ingredients that left us trying to figure out if we could reproduce it at home. The lamb shank, which was the menu item that caught my eye and lured me in, did not disappoint. Not only was the lamb very tender (having been in the oven 6-7 hours) and flavorful, but was devoid of the tendons and excess fat often found on lazily-prepared cuts. The risotto milanese could easily have stood as a dish of its own, both in serving size and quality. The whole plate made for a delicious and quite filling meal. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and fluent in English. Would definitely go back!
