S	Sabrina di benedetto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevamo prenotato due giorni a giugno in questa struttura, il giorno prima della partenza mio marito si è ammalato, ho avvisato subito la struttura, spiegando la situazione, si sono trattenuti l’intera cifra ( ovvio come scritto) gli ho chiesto se potevamo Pagare una penale o farci un buono( ovviamente escludendo i periodi di alta stagione) la risposta semplicemente di no e che spero che comprendo, cosa devo comprendere una struttura che non tutela il cliente dicendogli che vuole ritornare e che purtroppo non siamo partiti per problemi di salute? Sicuramente la gestione sono di persone poco serie e abituate ad avere sempre talmente tanto lavoro che non si soffermano sui singoli Clienti, tornerò a Myconos mai in questa struttura,e mai la consiglierò. We had booked two days in June in this structure, the day before departure my husband got sick, I immediately notified the structure, explaining the situation, they withheld the entire amount (obviously as written) I asked him if we could Pay a penalty or get us a voucher (obviously excluding the high season) the answer simply no and that I hope I understand, what should I understand a structure that does not protect the customer by telling him that he wants to return and that unfortunately we did not leave for problems of health? Surely the management are not very serious and used to always having so much work that they do not focus on individual customers, I will never return to Myconos in this structure, and I will never recommend it.

In my room the TV did not work, but it wasn't a problem, since you don't go in Mykonos to watch TV. In the bathroom it was missing the toilet seat cover, as mentioned in others reviews. Manos offered us cold bottles of water and some advices about the island. Price was good, 68 euros per night, with booking in advance.
