Hotel has a really cool and modern style, rooms are very pretty and quite.. I like the desserts and cakes very much so creamy and delicious.. I would recommend this hotel to those who like to relax and take care of nothing ( of course with all-inclusive)

1. Staff are very friendly and the best part of the hotel. 2. On arrival, the bedroom air was thick with mould and uninhabitable. We were forced to stay in there for one night with no alternative provided that evening. 3. We eventually moved bedrooms in the morning. Once we had moved, we soon realised that the toilet was broken. This was never fully fixed, and we were told there were no other rooms available for us to move into. 4. There was no extractor fan in shower so after the first 2 days the room started to smell of mould with a slight build up in the shower room. 5. There is no gym in the hotel. This is the primary reason we booked this hotel. The advisement is completely misleading and misrepresents the hotel. 6. None of the food (average at best) in the hotel was labelled for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This is a health and safety risk, and they should seriously consider following guidelines more closely. The mould issue was repeated by multiple other guests.

Great amenities, great facilities, superb view, very professional staff, loved the rooms, good breakfast, fantastic for couples. In one of the quieter towns on the island, but easy to get to other places through public bus... Excellent weather with calm down in the evening so you can rest from heat over the day. Highly recommended

The hotel is beautifully built and set in a great location overlooking the sea. The staff provide excellent service in very friendly, courteous and polite manner. Breakfast buffet was delicious. I would definitely stay there again.

We booked a junior suite... Apparently one of the differences between this and a standard room is the addition of a pair of sofa beds. Essentially, it's a single room/apartment with a double bed, 2 sofa beds, a balcony with a couple of chairs and a table and a bathroom with a toilet and walk in low and high level shower. When you use the shower, the low lip on the floor is insufficient to prevent the rest of the room floor from getting wet during a shower There is a small fridge, a safe, a TV, a hanging rail for some clothes, a high level cupboard for more clothes and a couple of drawers. WiFi coverage is non-existent in the apartment, but is decent in reception and the restaurant. The beach front just over the road from the hotel does get some reception too. The restaurant is nice enough. It is outside under a canopy of sorts. We went all inclusive and so were served drinks and food throughout the day. The staff are particularly attentive and polite. Smoking appears to be permitted at the restaurant tables which we did not appreciate. Depending on the room location, you may have to negotiate some steps with your luggage. Do take care as the receptionist nearly fell over escorting us to our room on our arrival. There do not appear to be any lifts.

Nice surroundings and quiet location, staff were very helpful and pleasant. The only downside is that there is no dining room, all meals are eaten outside so there is no shelter when eating, we were here mid April and the weather was a little on the changeable side, a little cloudy with some rain on a couple of days and also quite chilly in the evenings as the sun set behind the hotel, this is the reason for 4 stars overall. The outdoor pool is a lot smaller in reality compared to the pictures on the website approx. 14ft x 6ft and this is located next to the dining area which is also the bar area so you can be swimming about 2ft from people eating their lunch. In the time we were there we only saw 2 or 3 people use it and then mostly just hanging their feet over the side. The manager was always around and was very happy to chat with the guest's. Dennis at the bar was also very friendly and would always greet you with a friendly smile, and a warm welcome.

Beautiful hotel, we received an upgrade and the manager was so lovely and helpful! Highly recommend. Great pool area and scenic outlook over the ocean. Breakfast was also delicious and all the staff were friendly, particularly the barman who made a our drinks special during the evening..

Nice and clean. Staff super friendly. Beach across the road from hotel with nice sun beds. As it is right next to the road you will get cars, coaches, bikes driving past, but other than that it was fairly peaceful. We went all inclusive and the food was lovely, however we did get a little bored of the same, and therefore visited the local restaurants for tea most nights, which were all 10/10! So definitely go and explore some restaurants. Rooms are spacious and clean, small fridge, TV and safe in rooms. We were Mountain View side which meant we had the sun on our balcony till sunset which was nice. Only downside was we were the top floor and had to walk up a lot of steps, being young this wasn’t an issue for us, however could be a lot of anyone elder - and also having to carry up luggage, no lifts. The Restaurant is outside, we came May and therefore the evenings did get a little chilly so I would suggest bringing a cardigan/jumper for the evenings if you come same time. Food in the restaurant was 10/10. And bar staff are friendly. The train tour to the lake was cute, you can hire paddle boats and there are a few restaurants and shops to explore. Great for couples / relaxing holiday.
