★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Добра цена за дадените условия. Не предлагат кърпи, само стаите на втори етаж са приемливи - нови мебели и свеж интериор. На първи етаж влага и раздут шперплат. Опитват да поддържат чисто в общите части (и успяват), но топлата вода е мираж в облачно време (направо липсва). Шумоизолация практически няма, можете да се надявате на тихи съседи (които ако са местни - няма как да стане).
Good price for the given conditions. They do not offer towels, only the rooms on the second floor are acceptable - new furniture and fresh interior. On the first floor, moisture and swollen plywood. They try to keep it clean in the common areas (and succeed), but hot water is a mirage in cloudy weather (just missing). There is practically no sound insulation, you can hope for quiet neighbors (which if they are local - you will not be able to).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice rooms if you book on the upper floor. The lower floor is to be renovated completely as currently is in a pretty bad shape. Our room (the only family room) is clean, fresh, airconditioned, great balcony, good size bathroom. As negatives are lack of any soundproofing, practically no hot water if the weather is murky and no daily cleanup, but the latter is not an issue for us.
