Excellent location to visit all the north of the island. Apartment equipped with all comforts. The always usable swimming pool and the shaded veranda allow you to relax and eat out at any time. Excellent value for money. We also liked the country of leisure efimia which can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. Thanks for everything Maria!

Our trip to Kefalonia was wonderful and without a doubt I owe a big thanks to Efi and Maria. Maria put up with all our requests. Efi welcomed us with warmth, kindness and availability; skills that are more unique than rare today. I would go back to them a thousand times.

I stayed in these studios / residences for 5 nights, but I would have pleasantly continued to stay there until the end of the holiday if it weren't for the fact that I had already booked a hotel for the south of the island. The location of the property is strategic, being a little from the most beautiful beaches of Kefalonia, Antisamos and Myrtos. But right in the vicinity of this residence there are some really beautiful and more intimate coves. The availability of the owners is another highlight. Efi and his sister Maria are available for any information and advice; in particular Efi, he accompanied us with his car to the studios, he helped us to look for a scooter (impossible to find it these days). Without his precious help we would not have been able to go around the center and north of the island, finally he delighted us with biscuits and cakes from his bakery! The bakery is located on the small port of Agia Efimia, it is family run .. you will find everything from cheese biscuits to cheese and spinach pies, croissants and much more made by them! Cleanliness is always top notch, first of all the swimming pool (a rather rare feature in Greece), pleasant and cool, which in the evening enchants with its lights; but also the room with kitchenette always clean and equipped with everything! In short, I would return with my eyes closed! I recommend everyone to stay at Maria Studios, so much quality and comfort!

Highly recommended. The well-kept, clean and comfortable apartment is located in a structure consisting of 8 single / two-room apartments in a strategic position because a few steps from the center of Agia Effimia and central to the places of interest on the island. The owner Efi welcomed us with extreme kindness, making us a gift of some biscuits and delicacies baked by the parents' bakery and proved to be available in everything. Competitive prices compared to the quality of the service.
