Εδώ και ένα μήνα, όμως, με πόναγε πολύ η δεξιά ωμοπλάτη λόγω της πολύωρης καθιστικής εργασίας και της λάθος θέσης που επί πολλές ώρες είχε το σώμα μου όταν καθόμουν. Κάτι που μου είχε συμβεί πολλές φορές κατά το παρελθόν, αλλά μετά από λίγες ώρες ανάπαυσης ή μετά από μία-δύο μέρες χαλάρωσης το πιάσιμο και ο πόνος περνούσαν από μόνα τους. Αυτή τη φορά, όμως, ο πόνος ήταν μεγάλος και επίμονος και το πιάσιμο από τη μυική ταλαιπωρία δεν περνούσε, παρά τις εντριβές με μυοχαλαρωτικά και τα παυσίπονα. Έτσι ακολούθησα τη συμβουλή ενός καλού φίλου και πήγα στο Φυσικοθεραπευτικό Κέντρο της κυρίας Μαριάννας Μίτροβιτς-Μανουσέλη που βρίσκεται στην οδό Πατησίων 139 & Τήνου (Αθήνα). Ένα σύγχρονο και καλά οργανωμένο θεραπευτήριο, με εξαιρετικά ευγενικό προσωπικό. Ήταν η πρώτη φορά που θα έκανα φυσικοθεραπεία και η εμπειρία μου από την τέχνη της κυρίας Μαριάννας Μίτροβιτς-Μανουσέλη ήταν εντυπωσιακή. Ήδη μετά από τη πρώτη συνεδρία ο πόνος είχε εξαφανισθεί, ενώ μετά τη δεύτερη συνεδρία, αφού για μερικές ημέρες ακολούθησα τις οδηγίες της φυσικοθεραπεύτριας, η μυική φλεγμονή και το άλγος εξαφανίσθηκαν και από τότε δεν επανήλθαν. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και με ενθουσιασμό το συγκεκριμένο φυσικοθεραπευτήριο! I am 54 years old and I do not have a serious health problem. For a month now, however, my right shoulder hurt a lot due to the long hours of sedentary work and the wrong position that my body had for many hours when I was sitting. Something that had happened to me many times in the past, but after a few hours of rest or after a day or two of relaxation the grip and pain went away on their own. This time, however, the pain was great and persistent and the grip from the muscle pain did not pass, despite the rubbing with muscle relaxants and painkillers. So I followed the advice of a good friend and went to the Physiotherapy Center of Mrs. Marianna Mitrovic-Manouseli located at 139 Patision & Tinou Street (Athens). A modern and well-organized hospital, with extremely kind staff. It was the first time I would do physiotherapy and my experience from the art of Mrs. Marianna Mitrovic-Manouseli was impressive. Already after the first session the pain had disappeared, while after the second session, after following the instructions of the physiotherapist for a few days, the muscle inflammation and pain disappeared and have not returned since. I unreservedly and enthusiastically recommend this physiotherapy center!

Πέρα από τον πλήρως εξοπλισμένο χώρο,η Μαριάννα και οι συνεργάτες της είναι πλήρως καταρτισμένοι και με εμπειρία για να αντιμετωπίσουν με συνέπεια και σοβαρότητα το κάθε πρόβλημα (εγώ απευθύνθηκα δυο φορές,για οσφυαλγία και για τροχαντηριτιδα). Προσωπικά,τους ευχαριστώ όχι μόνο για τη βοήθεια τους αλλά και για την καλή τους διάθεση και το χαμόγελο τους κάθε φορά! Marina M.- Having gone to many physiotherapy centers in the wider area, I guarantee that Marianna's services do not exist anywhere else !! In addition to the fully equipped space, Marianna and her associates are fully trained and experienced to deal with each problem consistently and seriously (I addressed twice, for back pain and trochanteritis). Personally, I thank them not only for their help but also for their good mood and their smile every time!

Πέρα από εξαιρετικοί επαγγελματίες είναι και εγκάρδιοι άνθρωποι .Προσωπικά με ανέλαβαν μετά από ατύχημα με δίκυκλο στο κάτω άκρος , δεν μπορούσα να πατήσω το πόδι μου ,με φρόντισαν και επανέφεραν το πόδι μου σε σημείο να μπορώ να επανέλθω στην καθημερινότητα. Νοιώθω βαθιά ευγνωμοσύνη που βρέθηκα σε αυτό το φυσικοθεραπευτήριο . Το συνιστώ απενιφύλακτα ! Wonderful environment! Excellent professionals. Ms. Marianna with the children pay special attention to each patient. Apart from being excellent professionals, they are also warm-hearted people. I am deeply grateful to be in this physiotherapy center. I highly recommend it!

Εγώ πήγα με τριπλό πρόβλημα στον ώμο, κρεμασμένο απ´τον λαιμό και φεύγω με ένα λειτουργικό πλέον χέρι που απλά χρειάζεται ενδυνάμωση.
