Μετά από ενάμιση χρόνο ταλαιπωριας σε άλλα φυσικοθεραπευτηρια κατάφεραν μέσα σε λίγες επισκέψεις να με κάνουν να επιστρέψω στην κανονικότητα μου. Φιλικό και καθαρό περιβάλλον. The whole team is impeccable. After a year and a half of suffering in other physical therapies, they managed within a few visits to make me return to my normalcy. Friendly and clean environment.
M	Maria BK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρχικά θα ήθελα να αναφερθώ στην αντιμετόπιση τους ως προς τους πελάτες.Ένιωσα πως με βλέπουν ως €€€ παρά ως άνθρωπο! & Αυτό διότι εξηγώντας (αρχικά στον κ Σωκράτη για 2-3λεπτά ,μετά σε έναν άλλο νεαρό μετά έπρεπε να φύγει και αυτός και μετά σε άλλους 2 εκπαιδευόμενους που μου έφεραν στο δωμάτιο για το τέλος _Τελικά δεν ξέρω πως και ποιός από όλους αυτούς άκουσε και έμαθε για το πρόβλημά μου!;;!! ), προσπάθησα απλά να πάρω κάποια απάντηση έστω για έναν εκτιμώμενο χρόνο αλλά και τί είδους θεραπεία θα ακολουθήσουμε! Δεν μου απάντησε ποτέ κανένας κάτι συγκεκριμένο. Παρόλο αυτά ξεκίνησα τις θεραπείες για σοβαρό πρόβλημα που έχω στον αυχένα και στην πλάτη μου αλλά και στην μέση και στο αριστερό μου πόδι.Μου έβαλαν τα 8 πρώτα ραντεβού συνεχόμενα;.Πηγαίνω κανονικά, αποτέλεσμα κανένα. Στην 12η θεραπεία μάλιστα έχουν βάλει έναν εκπαιδευόμενο με την κοπέλα να του δείχνει επάνω μου;!;! Τραγικό.Την επόμενη ημέρα φυσικά υπέφερα από πόνους και δεν ήταν μόνο αυτό,προσπαθούσα να μιλήσω τηλεφωνικά με τον κ Σωκράτη λέγοντας στην ιδιαιτέρα του τί τον χρειάζομαι και τί έχει συμβεί και η απάντηση της ήταν ότι δεν μπορει αυτην την στιγμή ή λείπει!! Πόσο τραγικό και απάνθρωπο!!!;;; Να υποφέρω από πόνους και να μην ενδιαφέρονται καν να μου απαντήσουν!!Αναγκαστικά πήγα και περίμενα τον φυσιοθεραπευτή αρκετές ώρες ,καμία απάντηση ή ενδιαφέρον και πάλι,ευτυχώς μου διόρθωσε το λάθος του προηγούμενου σταματά ο έντονος πόνος! Η εμπειρία μου ήταν τραγική πραγματικά .Άκουσα και άλλους πελάτες να είναι πολύ δυσαρεστημένοι και με την συμπεριφορά της κοπέλας στην Reception αλλά και για αποτελέσματα που δεν είχαν δει ακόμη αλλά περιμέναν μήπως και δουν.. .! I felt that they see me as €€€ rather than as a person! & This is because explaining (initially to Mr. Socrates for 2-3 minutes, then to another young man then he had to leave and then to 2 other trainees who brought me to the room for the end _Finally I do not know how and which of them all listened and found out about my problem! ?? !!), I just tried to get some answer at least for an estimated time but also what kind of treatment we will follow! No one ever answered me anything specific. However, I started the treatments for a serious problem that I have in my neck and back, but also in my waist and left leg. In fact, in the 12th treatment, they put a trainee with the girl pointing at me?!?! Tragic. The next day of course I was suffering from pain and it was not only that, I was trying to talk on the phone with Mr. Socrates telling him in particular what I need and what has happened and her answer was that she can not at the moment or is missing !! How tragic and inhuman !!! ??? To suffer from pain and not even interested in being answered !! I had to go and wait for the physiotherapist for several hours, no answer or interest again, fortunately he corrected me the mistake of the previous one, the intense pain stops! My experience was really tragic. I heard other customers are very unhappy with the behavior of the girl at the Reception but also for results that they had not seen yet but were waiting to see ...!

I visited the practice 5 times and generally received 1.5 hours of treatment each visit. The therapy I received was generally equal or superior to what I receive in the United States (Washington, DC area). It helped me be much more productive while in Athens. This office gets my highest recommendation.
