β β β β β Nice big breakfast with some vegan things (even the nutella like chocolate thing). Friendly people and got a nice location close to the ocean. The restaurant is nice everyone in my party says but got just to one vegan thing so I don't know.

β β β β β A very cozy hotel. The staff is really sweet, friendly and very helpful. It's my first time staying here and I really liked it. It's a nice hotel for the whole family. And nice breakfast. I highly recommend staying at Marina Sands

β β β β β This was our second visit to Marina Sands hotel and unfortunately this time only 2 stars.
This hotel has so much potential but with such a personal there, is hard to go forward.
At the bar- restaurant, we have placed an order only once and the rest of the holidays we were spending at other bars/ restaurants! Such a unfriendly girl is working there! The same is the girl at the reception...we were waiting to do a check out because she was outside on mobile phone and cleaning lady called her to come in, she was doing our check out while talking on her mobile phone and telling us bye!
Positive side of this hotel was a receptionist called Dimos! He helped us a lot and gave us fantastic tips where to go and what to visit!

β β β β β This was the 3rd time we were at Marina Sands, and unfortunately, both the hotel and the staff are falling apart year by year. Lousy service, rude and sluggish. Poor room cleaning and the standard of the rooms are horrible. We booked and paid for renovated rooms but got the same room we had last year (which was not renovated).
At best, this is a 1-star hotel - both in terms of quality of rooms and service. The location is great, so a shame that everything else ruins the experience.
Internet is a joke - slow, poor coverage and very unstable. Instead, use your own 4G network from your mobile phone.
Breakfast is boring, the poolside restaurant is pricey and has very slow service. For our part, this is the last time we go to Marina Sands.
