★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be fair, the pool area was quite nice and directly at the beach but all in all the Alexia Beach Hotel was a pure disappointment. We stayed in different countries and in different star classes but this Hotel, I don’t know how they got the 3 stars. They have a really nice web performance with nice decorated rooms. Maybe these are the only nice rooms because ours was really loveless furnished with old and broken furniture. The bathroom had always a really nasty smell. There wasn’t even a shower holder so we had to hold the shower the whole time in one hand. We couldn’t hardly open the cupboard because there were two wool blankets which smelled so disgusting. Furthermore you have to rent everything. We stayed in Greece before and we had never to rent an air condition (they want to have 50€ per week)or the safe. Even in a 3 star hotel I expect an air condition without renting it and then for an unrealistic renting price. I asked for a nice room because it was our first wedding anniversary instead we got a family room directly under the roof in front of the street with a fridge in it which was so horribly loud that I woke up at night a lot of times. I saw the lady from the reception only once when we checked in. Afterwards the reception was always empty and we had to go to another Hotel to ask for some information about the area.
Also the breakfast buffet is a really poor performance. It has the minimum from what you can expect. The most disappointing thing was that they have had hardly some fresh fruits. Only a few apples and in the surroundings there are such amazing fruits to buy like cherries, melon, oranges but there wasn’t something like this at the buffet. I would never stay there again. There are so many other Hotels which put a lot more effort into making guests feel welcome and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too expensive. Breakfast food is just ok, floor of the rooms were quite dirty. No WiFi in the room, even though we paid for it.
All in all ok for the price, but I would not come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel experience I've ever had, hands down. My travel plans changed and I missed my free cancellation window by a few hours. In the past, with other hotels, it has never been an issue, and I always would get a full refund, sometimes with the exception of the first night. I called the hotel and politely asked whether it's possible to get ANY of the money back, 50%, 20%, as a single mother travelling alone with a small child, I would appreciate anything. Our stay was supposed to be 5 nights, I was calling more than 24 hours before the check in, and I was confident that jn the middle of July, with more than 90% hotels fully booked in the area, they would be able to rebook my room again. €600 is a simply lot of money for me to give away for something I haven't used. I actually begged and brought up all these arguments only to hear from the rude male hotel manager: No, it's too late. The conversation left me shaking and on the verge of tears, and needless to say, my card got charged the minute I was supposed to check in, and my booking got cancelled immediately after, so they could rebook it again right away. I appreciate owners' urge to make up for the lost year of income due to Covid restrictions, but this greediness, complete lack of customer service and refusal to meet a begging person half way is very unfortunate and no way to conduct hotel business in the highly competitive Agia Marina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are unacceptable. We ordered two burgers, two salads, and a toast. They came after 45 minutes and he had not brought us any bread. We asked them and they brought us stale. The chips that were served with the toast were a little limped. The rest is fine. Before the meal, we had sat on the beach on their sunbeds and had to pay € 7 even though we were staying at their hotel. The beach of the hotel starts with stone slabs with mold, however, you can get injured very easily especially if it has a little wave as usual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner was very kind and patient to us as we came without booking in advance. The room we stayed for 4 night was super clean with very comfortable bed.
The stuff is very friendly, especially two barthenders working on the pool.
The location is amazing in front of the sea.
Thank a lot to all stuff for such hospitality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes I stay here two weeks, mostly I liked that bar at beach ,where two kind men service us.Thanks !!!In my room was not very good,I had to change my bed clothes and do all dishes. I have to clean my foot before going to bed.I don't know what the cleaning was there. The boss was not very interested if there happens something, like fridge broken. His wife was very kind . What I liked was the sea ,so close and pool was fine. One thing I hate, was that nearly all sunbeds were booked with towels. But at all nice holidays.
