Οχτώ και 20 και εκτός του ότι περίμενα ένα τέταρτο μέχρι να έρθει η σειρά μου (1 άτομο πριν από εμένα το οποίο εξυπηρετούσε), μου αρνήθηκε να μου τρίψει τυρί στη μηχανή γιατί την είχε καθαρίσει. Σοβαρευτείτε λιγάκι!! Με νεογέννητο,έχασα αδίκως το χρόνο μου. Και εγώ σε σούπερ μάρκετ δούλευα και δεν αρνήθηκα ποτέ σε πελάτη να τον εξυπηρετήσω κι ας ήταν έστω και εννιά παρά πέντε!!! Για να μη συζητήσω το γεγονός ότι πέτυχα να βάζουν τις κοντολήξημες μελιτζανοσαλάτες μέσα στη χύμα σαλάτα. Ο κύριος Βερούκας τα γνωρίζει αυτά;;; Unacceptable behavior of the clerk in the cheeses ... With a newborn, I lost my time unjustly. I also worked in a supermarket and I never refused a customer to serve him, even if it was even nine instead of five !!! Not to mention the fact that I managed to put the short-sleeved eggplant salads in the bulk salad. Does Mr. Veroukas know this ???
Χ	Χαρά Βλαχοδήμου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το περασμένο Σάββατο αντιμετώπισα μεγάλο πρόβλημα με την κάρτα μου, συνεπώς κ με την πληρωμή στο ταμείο του καταστήματος (να σημειωθεί οτι ήταν στο κλείσιμο τα παιδιά) μετά από μισή ώρα καθυστέρησης με τη δική τους βοήθεια κ χωρίς καμιά δυσαρέσκεια το θέμα ήταν λήξαν ! Η εξυπηρέτηση πάντα είναι Καλή όπως κ.οι.τιμές αλλά αυτό ηταν καθαρά θέμα ανθρωπιάς!!! Δημόσια λοιπόν τους ευχαριστώ πολύ ? Last Saturday I had a big problem with my card, therefore with the payment at the cash register of the store (note that the children were closing) after half an hour delay with their help and without any dissatisfaction the issue was over! The service is always as good as other prices but that was purely a matter of humanity !!! So publicly thank them very much ?
e	eirini tah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το περιστατικό συνέβη την Τρίτη 9 Νοεμβρίου 2021 και ώρα περίπου 20:00 στο κατάστημα επί της οδού Κομνηνών στην Καλαμαριά Θεσσαλονίκης. Στο κρεοπωλείο υπάρχει μία διαφημιστική αφίσα όπου αναφέρει με ανάλογα της αφίσας μεγάλα γράμματα ‘’χοιρινό εισαγωγής’’. «Τι προέλευσης είναι το χοιρινό» ρωτάω τον χασάπη με την μονίμως κατεβασμένη μάσκα κάτω από τη μύτη. «Ελληνικό» μου απαντά με στόμφο. «Μα γράφει ‘εισαγωγής’» του απαντώ με έκπληξη. Ο βαρύμαγκας χασάπης δεν τα σηκώνει όμως αυτά. «Δεν βλέπετε τι γράφει παρακάτω; ‘’Ανάλογα με τη διαθεσιμότητα’’. Δεν καταλαβαίνετε τι σημαίνει ανάλογα με τη διαθεσιμότητα;» (Που να καταλάβω η έρημη… Δεν έχω εξάλλου μόρφωση ανάλογη του βαρύμαγκα χασάπη.) «Και θα έπρεπε εγώ, από εδώ που βρίσκομαι, μπροστά στον πάγκο, να είμαι σε θέση να διαβάζω τα ψιλά γράμματα στο κάτω μέρος της αφίσας, τα οποία μετά βίας θα τα διάβαζε ένας γραφίστας; Δεν σας αρκεί να μου απαντήσετε σε αυτό που σας ρώτησα;» «Δεν φταίω εγώ αν εσείς δεν βλέπετε καλά». Οπότε με μια απλή ερώτηση στον χασάπη για την προέλευση του κρέατος έμαθα τα εξής: Πρώτον ότι στο market-in όταν η αφίσα αναφέρει χοιρινό εισαγωγής, το κρέας είναι ελληνικό, δεύτερον ότι όταν διαβάζω μια διαφημιστική αφίσα πρέπει να ανατρέχω και σε ψιλά γράμματα ωσάν να πρόκειται για όρους σύναψης δανείου, ότι δεν έχω αντίληψη και ότι δεν βλέπω καλά. Αυτά μας είπε ο χασάπης του market-in. Ο χασάπης του market-in μας είπε επίσης ότι «λόγω της θέσης του» είναι «υποχρεωμένος να μου απαντήσει με ευγένεια» - αναρωτιέμαι πώς εννοεί την αγένεια – αλλά αν θέλω να τον περιμένω έξω από το κατάστημα στις 21:05 που θα σχολάσει για να μου απαντήσει όπως ξέρει αυτός. Ο χασάπης μάλλον δεν καταλάβαινε ότι ο,τιδήποτε έχει να μου πει είναι με την ιδιότητα του υπαλλήλου σε ένα κατάστημα όπου είμαι πελάτισσα και ότι δεν θα είχε καμία πιθανότητα να τον περιμένω έξω από το κατάστημα, όσο κι αν το επιθυμούσε, λυπάμαι που δεν θα εξυπηρετήσω. Κάλεσα τον υπεύθυνο του καταστήματος. Εμφανίστηκε ένας νεαρός ο οποίος μου είπε ότι δεν βλέπει τίποτα το επιλήψιμο στη συμπεριφορά του χασάπη – προφανώς στο κατάστημα είναι σύνηθες να προσβάλουν και να απειλούν τους πελάτες - , μου ζήτησε «να το λήξουμε», κάτι το οποίο αρνήθηκα εκτός και αν μου ζητηθεί συγνώμη για τη συμπεριφορά του υπαλλήλου, ο «υπεύθυνος» με αγνόησε και αποχώρησε ενώ του μιλούσα. Τυπική συμπεριφορά υπεύθυνου καταστήματος, δηλαδή. Συγχαρητήρια, market-in. Συγχαρητήρια για τους υπαλλήλους σου που προσβάλουν και απειλούν τους πελάτες. Συγχαρητήρια και για τους «υπεύθυνους» καταστημάτων που είναι ανεπαρκείς να κατανοήσουν τι συνιστά επιλήψιμη συμπεριφορά και γιατί ο σεβασμός στον πελάτη είναι θεμελιώδης για τη λειτουργία ενός καταστήματος και ότι οι προσωπικές επιθέσεις στους πελάτες δεν αρμόζουν σε επαγγελματίες. Γιατί δεν αρκεί να μπαίνει κόσμος στο κατάστημα. Πρέπει να μπαίνει κόσμος που αφήνει χρήματα επίσης. Αλλά μάλλον το κατάστημα έχει διαλέξει το κοινό στο οποίο απευθύνεται. A young man appeared and told me that he did not see anything reprehensible in the butcher's behavior - apparently in the store it is common to insult and threaten customers - and asked me to "finish it", which I refused unless I apologized. for the behavior of the employee, the "responsible" ignored me and left while I was talking to him. Typical behavior of a store manager, ie. Congratulations, market-in. Congratulations to your employees who offend and threaten customers. Congratulations also to the "managers" of stores who are insufficient to understand what constitutes reprehensible behavior and why respect for the customer is fundamental to the operation of a store and that personal attacks on customers are not appropriate for professionals. Because it is not enough for people to enter the store. People who leave money must also come in. But rather the store has chosen the target audience.
