★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα πρίν ένα χρόνο μια πριονοκορδελα Boston καί σήμερα χρειάστηκε να αντικαταστήσω τη λάμα γιατί έσπασε.
Η απάντηση τού καταστήματος ήταν να πάρω τηλέφωνο στην unimac εγώ και να το ψάξω ενώ όταν πήγα για την αγορά τού μηχανήματος μου είπαν ότι χρειάζεται θά με καλύψουν άμεσα .
I bought a Boston band saw a year ago and today I had to replace the blade because it broke.
The answer of the store was to call unimac and look for it, while when I went to buy the machine I was told that if necessary I would be covered immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ευγενικοί και οι δύο κυριοι που με εξυπηρέτησαν,παρολο που δεν βρεθηκε το προϊόν που πηγα να αγοράσω (μικρης αξιας, κατω απο 3 ευρω) εκαναν πραγματικη προσπάθεια να το βρουν. Θα τους προτιμήσω και στο μέλλον.
Both gentlemen who served me, although the product I went to buy was not found (small value, less than 3 euros) made a real effort to find it. I will prefer them in the future.

I bought a gas grill at the best price on the market and I was completely satisfied. I recommend the store, great variety and good prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ψώνισα εργαλειοθήκη παραγγελμενη ιντερνετικά. Ημέρα παραλαβής κ κανείς μάσκα μέσα στο μαγαζί!!! Πιθανόν οικογενειακη επιχειριση, αλλά 4 άνθρωποι εντός του μαγαζιού και κανείς με μάσκα, αισθάνθηκα ότι δεν θαπρεπε να βρίσκομαι εκεί.
Παρέλαβα κι αποχώρησα. Αλλάξτε την συμπεριφορά σας προς την πελατεία σας. Δεν είναι αστείο το όλο θέμα, άσχετα πως το σκέφτεστε εσείς.
I bought a toolbox ordered online. Receipt day and no mask inside the store !!! Probably a family business, but 4 people inside the store and no one with a mask, I felt I should not be there.
I picked it up and left. Change your attitude towards your customers. The whole thing is not funny, no matter how you think.
