★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful restaurant and very friendly staff. They speak German, English, Polish and of course Greek. The portions are very filling, the owner treated us like family. The outdoor seating was very romantic and music was charming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place absolutely worths a visit! Big, tasteful portions of traditional czech food, very helpful and polite owners and it has a nice yard for the summer so you can sit outside. Food is not expensive becauce the quantity and quality are very satisfying!

Svejk is not in the most popular area of Athens, but definitely makes a visit to the quiet neighborhood worthwhile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice restaurant/bar! Great food and service, the atmosphere is that of a pub sort of. They have very nice outdoor seating. The beer list is extensive with an obvious focus on Czech ?? beers. The place is located near the center of Athens and was easy enough to find parking. The prices for food are very expensive in my opinion but they do serve large portions. The sharing options are good and make for a more value/money approach. We tried, the mixed grill for 4, fried cheese and pork fillets. Costed us around 16.5 euro per person including 1 ? each.
