★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been visiting the shop quite often but not anymore. We ordered gifts for Christmas. I totally understand the delays due to Corona, but imagine that I got things delivered from CHINA and the order there was made later than this. We still have not received anything, no one got us informed except for some false emails that were stating that the shipment will be made soon, but then they took it back sending another email saying to ignore the one before.... I then called the shop in Erithrea and they could not tell me anything about my order (1.5 month
later), they redirected me to DHL, and DHL said that it is still processing and gave me a tracking number. Really really bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who would like to go shopping and hear rude comments from the staff of the shop?! Making comments about my 14 months old child not being able to say words yet, after I just turned my back is rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional.
