The breakfast is insufficient in quantity and choice and finishes early on. The waiter would not refill what has already finished saying it's normal. It's annoying that these people are in the service area and yet they don't understand what the service is. It was eye opening when I got some dirty lemons on breakfast. I tried to speak to a waiter to explain her that they need to wash the food prior serving it, but she would listen saying some other person had to wash them. Listen, I don't care who was supposed to do that, I'm a guest and am saying that something is not right. Granted, the situation could have been better handled. Maybe she could have just gotten all the lemons and bring them to the kitchen to be washed. That would have been okay. She actually did nothing. Attitude wise, everyone was pleasant to talk to, with exception to the waiters. They were unapproachable. I liked the manager, a friendly young fellow. Each room has its own toilet and bathroom combined. The hygiene can be improved. Some rooms have their shower curtain broken and the water has no way to go, so the bathroom floor would get under water quickly. The pool is unguarded and would seem dirty at times, with all the dead insects in. The bed was comfy and all rooms have a terrace with a few chairs in. Those chairs can be cleaned every once in a while btw. I was trying to say that the terrace has a nice view and we loved it! Oh, yeah.. Don't bother putting that "do not disturb" sign on. The cleaning lady would ignore it. We tried that multiple times and it never worked. First time, we came back and the sign was not on the door and I thought it got lost, but was not the case - it was hanging inside the room on the wardrobe handle. Second time, we came back and the bed would be cleaned and the sign out on the table. Third time, my girlfriend was in while I was having breakfast. They didn't even knocked and got in the room with her. We went snorkeling in the middle of our vacation for 35EUR. The ad was hanging in the elevator, so we decided to try it out. We got disappointed when we saw the same ad for 25EUR at the souvenir shop. I guess that's to be expected when you are a tourist, but decided to share my frustration anyway. Overall. Not too bad. Would I recommend the hotel? Depends on what you are looking for. If you have high standards, you'd better find some other place. This one might disappoint. Would I stay there again? It could happen. Now that I know what the quirks are, I may actually stay there again. I've seen worse.

The staff were amazing. The location is brilliant. The bar with the pool is amazing. Breakfast was ok. The only disappointment was the rooms. I hope they invest to fix the isues we had and check how to clean them better..

Convenient location, helpful staff, excellent service and a nice Italian restaurant. Enough parking space and daily room service. The pool is fantastic and the coffee too. Excellent choice for families with young children.

The pool area and diner are new and really nice, with great service. The rooms are very old but the ones in the front have amazing sea view. A bit overpriced considering what they're offering.
