★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολυ καλη τοποθεσία! Το κέντρο είναι 10 λεπτά με τα ποδια. Υπέροχη θέα. Πεντακάθαρο. Πολυ φιλικο και εξυπηρετικο προαωπικο! Ωραίο πρωινο. Ήσυχο δωμάτιο. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα στο μέλλον. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
 Very good location! The center is 10 minutes on foot. Wonderful view. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff! Nice breakfast. Quiet room. We will definitely prefer it again in the future. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφθηκα με οικογενειακώς την Καστοριά (3 άτομα) την Πρωτοχρονιά.
Θετικα:καλή αισθητική του χώρου, εξαιρετική θέρμανση, ευγενές προσωπικό (η κ. Δήμητρα που φροντίζει το πρωινό εξαιρετική), καλή τοποθεσία (πάνω στη λίμνη, κοντά αλλά όχι μέσα στο κέντρο το οποίο προσεγγίζεις με τα πόδια), καθαριότητα.
Αρνητικα: το ψυγείο δεν λειτουργούσε, το σίδερο που συμπεριλαμβάνεται στις παροχές έπρεπε να το ζητήσεις να στο φέρουν από την αποθήκη. Επίσης, στο πρωινό σερβίρονταν ξανά και ξανά φαγητά μέχρι να τελειώσουν (το ίδιο κέικ σερβιριζοταν 4 ημέρες, αντίστοιχα η μηλόπιτα κλπ). Το μπάνιο, αν κ εξαιρετικά μικρό, εμάς δε μας ενόχλησε.
Σε γενικές γραμμές πάντως θα πρότεινα τη διαμονή.
I visited Kastoria with my family (3 people) on New Year's Eve.
Pros: good aesthetics of the space, excellent heating, noble staff (Mrs. Dimitra who takes care of the breakfast excellent), good location (on the lake, close but not in the center which you reach on foot), cleanliness.
Negative: the refrigerator did not work, the iron included in the amenities had to be requested to be brought from the warehouse. Also, at breakfast, food was served again and again until they were finished (the same cake was served for 4 days, respectively the apple pie etc). The bathroom, although extremely small, did not bother us.
In general, however, I would recommend accommodation.
