★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Event planning was a pure catastrophe! Booked almost 2M ago, invitations sent, ongoing conversations about the menu and all... One week before the event, they just decided to change the time! Even worse, they became extremely unfriendly, claiming that "I'm ruining their mood", when I tried to explain how embarrassing this is. Professionalism at its lowest. Never again???????
