Good place for families with babies, toddlers and younger children. The rooms are OK, according to Greece, but generally they should be renovated. The pool and tge beach is excellent for young children, lot of shadow, and close to the rooms. The food is not too various, they use too many spices, I like specialities but this was not good. It seems they reuse all the leftover for days. The personel is very young, they don't act as a group, maybe they will improve untill at the end of the season.

Nice place for families with young kids. Private, sandy beach is a fun place for children. Food is average, I was lacking Greek traditional food and spices. Personnel is really young (about 18 years old) and helpful. Nothing in radius of 700 metres, you need to walk on the beach or follow busy road to some taverns or shops.

Beautiful family hotel on the beach. Very clean. So many palm trees and flowers. Kind host. Ideal for families with small children. No crowds on the beach. We are very, very satisfied.

Marthas Haus by no means deserves the 4 stars it claims to have - it does not even deserve 2. It is very poorly maintained - everything is falling off or out of order. The hygiene is very poor: the rooms get cleaned once in thee days and they even claim that they do so in order to keep the guests safe from the covid-pandemic! The choice of food is extremely small and poor, like in some soup kitchen. At mealtimes the staff prohibits the guests from eating outside, where there are plenty of tables and which would be safe in terms of pandemic, and forces them instead to eat inside, which is far less safe and where there are not enough tables. Guest therfore have to wait to get their chance to eat their breakfast or dinner. The hotel does not clean the beach, but it charges its guests 6 Euro for using it - offering them something they call juice, but it is just some orange coloured water. The staff have a false smile on their faces all the time - but as soon as you approach them with any request or complaint, they get unbelievably impudent. So my advice is: better avoid Marthas Haus and find some decent place to stay during your vacation in Greece!

Honestly, we expected a lot more for the money we gave. We stayed here in july. It definitely doesn’t deserve 4 stars. No one informs you that the restaurant in the hotel is closed so you have to go somewhere on the side for lunch. The children’s playground is also closed, they say all because of the Covid measures. The beach is private and large but unmaintained, the deck chairs are old, there is a lot of grass in the sea. I think that more attention is paid to the maintenance of the yard than the facility itself and the satisfaction of guests. Breakfast is solid, dinner debatable. The coffee served at the beach bar is a disaster. The lady who owns the hotel and who works at the reception is unpleasant. We were accommodated in a family apartment on the ground floor, it is satisfactory. There are a lot of mosquitoes. The room cleaning should be done more than once in a three days, escecially if you stay with children . I think the hotel has potential that unfortunately has not been exploited. We would definitely not go back.

The outside area is gorgeous, a lot of green very well taken care. The beach is right in front of the hotel and is very nice, the property is very quiet and a little isolated. The rooms are very old, everything is falling apart: from the toilet tank that was liking all night, the hair dryer that wasn’t functional, the doors of the wardrobe that were stuck. But the food is the worst I have ever seen, we didn’t found not even one good dish beside vegetables to eat. The hotel doesn’t deserve a 4 star clasification. It’s a pitty for the beautiful property they have there.

Nice location, exceptional service. We really enjoyed our stay, we tried lots of traditional recipes and bio fruits that were fresh and delicious(buffet), room was really nice, we also enjoyed relaxing at the wonderful balcony. There is a fairly big pool but we prefer swimming in the sea. The bar near the pool serves coffee and drinks at the premises and also at the sea shore ( there are more than 20 sunbeds available for the customers). Highly recommended.
