Nice place, with pool, 600 m from nearest beach, small rooms poorly furnished

Brilliant apartments well equipped and clean nice swimming pool only draw back it is a good walk to the town for nightlife

I really apreciated the owners of the appartement however i must say that the price per night is expensive related to the service, there is no WiFi, you should wait 20 min for water to get hot,but also water was not clean it smells, the room was ok but needs to be renovated, People are helpful but some small things needs to be added.. #letsguide

Just arrived - so far so good. Family friendly. Laid back pool area and bar. Kostos is here all day to serve drinks, meals, and take care of maintenance. Update after 5 days: Self catering apartment is plenty big enough and all cleaning stuff etc provided, but it's a bit like camping (not enough hanging hooks so have to use door handles, kitchen cupboards musty so have to keep food on worktop, that sort of thing). Cooker is old and rusty but works fine and the pans are good quality for making one pot meals for 2. The fridge is VERY noisy but keeps the beer cold! Towels replaced every other day and sheets changed mid week, so no hassle about keeping clean and fresh. Apartment is right next to busy road so traffic is loud. Beach just 5 mins away down quiet lane (lit at night) and main strip 5 mins further along, so it's a good location. Kostos keeps bar open late.

We arrived at this pit to be greeted by Kostas who was (as other reviews have pointed out) around the pool drinking with his friends. We were instantly charged 10 euro government tax for a 7 night stay!? It should be 3.50! Then to be told 50 euro for air con ?. 2 minutes off the transfer, 60 euro down we had this guy sussed. We were taken to our shed around the back of the main bulk of rooms, tucked away in the corner. The room itself was clean but the toilet seat was cracked. Day 3 I accidentally knock over a plant pot (an old worn, painted over several times plant pot). I apologised and offered money to an old lady cleaning the bar who insisted on informing Kostas who was asleep (he'd been drinking around the pool again the night before) and not happy to be woke up. He instantly hurled abuse at the old man and woman cleaning, then at me. Demanded 100 euro for the pot that he'd not even seen and was quickly removed before anyone could look at it. When I questioned the price he demanded I get in his car and buy him a replacement from Corfu town. After a few days of not seeing or hearing from him we suspected he had been searching through our things. Bags were open that were left closed etc. To then find a battery removed from the air con remote. I questioned him about this and after trying to deny he had any involvement he admitted he had done it because he thought I was avoiding him. After telling him a few of my own thoughts about him and his hotel we were told to leave. To be honest we were glad to go and had a more enjoyable final 2 days than the previous 5. Do not waste your money, he's a disgusting person and his hotel isn't any better. The pools green and slimy on the bottom ?

Just do not go, the only decent thing about this place is the bar. The owner has Greek friends around all the time and they are very noisy if you want a peaceful time. The toilet in the room was not very accessible , the cooker in the room did not work and when you had a shower the floor got soaking and you could not stop it.
