J	Jo Ent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στον χώρο που κόβουν κρέατα/τυριά και στα ψυγεία υπάρχει πάντα δυσωδία σαν να υπάρχουν χαλασμένα τρόφιμα. Γενικώς από καθαριότητα παίρνουν 0/10. Αμφίβολο κατά πόσο τηρούνται οι κανόνες υγιεινής. There is always a stench in the area of meat / cheese cutters and refrigerators as if there were damaged food. Generally they get 0/10 for cleanliness. It is doubtful whether the hygiene rules are respected.

Ο χώρος, στον οποίο τοποθετούνται τα ευπαθή προϊόντα (φρέσκα φρούτα και λαχανικά) ήταν ακάθαρτος. Αυτό ενδέχεται να οφειλόταν στο ότι επέλεξα να επισκεφθώ το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα κάποια λεπτά αργότερα από την έναρξη λειτουργίας του καταστήματος. Βρήκα σχεδόν όλα τα προϊόντα τα οποία ήθελα να αγοράσω. Το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα δέχεται ανέπαφες συναλλαγές με χρεωστική κάρτα τύπου Mastercard. Θα αξιολογούσα την εμπειρία μου ως θετική. The employee who served me was very kind and issued the Masoutis privilege card which I wanted quickly and with minimal effort on my part. The area where sensitive products (fresh fruits and vegetables) are stored was unclean. This may have been due to the fact that I chose to visit the store a few minutes after the store was inaugurated. I found almost all the products I wanted to buy. This store accepts contactless transactions with a Mastercard debit card. I would rate my experience as positive.

Είναι δυνατόν ολόκληρη αλυσίδα να μην έχει κάποιο υπεύθυνο να επιληφθεί των σοβαρών προβλημάτων συμπεριφοράς που λαμβάνουν χώρα στο συγκεκριμένο υποκατάστημα; Προσωπικό που σκοτώνεται συνέχεια μεταξύ του, αγενείς ταμίες που κάνουν σκηνικά μπροστά σε πελάτες για παντελώς αδιάφορα θέματα όπως ποιος θα σφουγγαρίσει το πάτωμα (;;;) και γιατί ο κουβάς είναι σπασμένος; Όλοι έχουμε θέματα στην προσωπική μας ζωή, δεν ξεσπάμε στο χώρο εργασίας μας! Τι φταίει ο πελάτης να ακούει καθημερινά όλα αυτά; Λάβετε μέτρα, είναι ήδη αρκετά αργά αλλά δεν χρειάζεται να φτάσει στο απροχώρητο η κατάσταση. Patience also has its limits. It is exhausted. Is it possible that an entire chain does not have someone in charge to deal with the serious behavioral problems that occur in this branch? A person who is constantly killed among himself, rude cashiers who make scenes in front of customers for completely indifferent issues such as who will mop the floor (???) and why the bucket is broken? We all have issues in our personal lives, we don't break out in our workplace! What's wrong with the customer hearing all this every day? Take action, it's already too late but the situation doesn't have to go unnoticed.

Ζήτησα κάρτα για τους πόντους στο ταμείο και προσφέρθηκε αμέσως, ενώ μου εξηγούσε πως λειτουργεί η διαδικασία των πόντων. Εύγε! He served me a very kind lady with brown hair frames.
