★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το προσωπικό στην συντριπτική του πλειοψηφία, είναι αγενέστατο, αργό και βαριέται να σε εξυπηρετήσει. Οι χώροι πολύ στενοί κι αυτό έχει ως συνέπεια να πέφτει ο ένας πάνω στον άλλο. Επίσης, το κυριότερο, οι ουρές στα ταμεία. Πριν λίγες μέρες, με εφτά υπαλλήλους να γυρνάνε στους διαδρόμους για άλλες δουλειές και με έναν υπάλληλο μόνο στα ταμεία, έπρεπε να φωνάξεις για να έρθει άλλος και να μειωθεί η ουρά. Πρέπει να καταβάλλετε μεγαλύτερη προσπάθεια, ειδικά τέτοιες εποχές.
