T	Tania Dinudi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επανειλλημένες φορέσατε κατάστημα αυτο μου έχει τύχει, να αναγράφεται άλλη τιμη στα ράφια και άλλη να χρεώνεται στο ταμείο. Για το λόγο αυτο, ελέγχω εδω κάθε φορά τις τιμές στην απόδειξη. Μόλις σημερα μου ξανά συνέβη ενα περιστατικό. Προσφορά 40% με αναγραφή στον πάγκο των αλλαντικών και ισχυ μεχρι τις 17.2. Δεν μου έγινε η έκπτωση στο ταμείο, παρα την προηγούμενη ερώτηση μου στον πάγκο των αλλαντικών. Η δικαιολογία ήταν, ότι οφείλονταν σε λάθος της μηχανογράφησης. Μάλιστα με ανάγκασαν ή να πληρώσω την τιμη χωρις την έκπτωση ή να παρω τα λεφτα μου πισω. Repeatedly you have been to this shop, I have had one, another price on the shelves and another charged to the cashier. For this reason, I check the prices on the receipt every time. Just today an incident happened again. 40% Offer with signature on the sausage counter and valid until 17.2. I was not discounted at the cashier, despite my previous question on the sausage counter. The excuse was that it was due to a mistake in computerization. In fact, I was forced to either pay the price without the discount or get my money back.
D	Dimitris Zigouras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ψωνίζω από καταστήματα Μασούτη σχεδόν αποκλειστικά και μπορώ να πω με βεβαιότητα ότι αυτό είναι το χειρότερο κατάστημα της εν λόγω αλυσίδας που έχω ψωνίσει. Τους τελευταίους 5 μήνες, 2 φορές συνέβη η ταμίας να χτυπάει και να χρεώνει το ίδιο προϊόν 2 φορές, πράγμα που αντιλαμβάνομαι αργότερα στο σπίτι. Επίσης 2 φορές συνέβη να έχει τελειώσει η προσφορά ενός προϊοντος αλλά το ταμπελάκι προσφοράς να μένει στο ράφι. Αγόρασα σήμερα 13/12/2018 5 συσκευασίες τυρί γκούντα το οποίο καταναλώνω έτσι κι αλλιώς και υποτίθεται είχε τιμη προσφοράς. Στο παρκινγκ διαπιστωσα οτι η χρεωση εγινε στην κανονικη τιμη. Επεστρεψα στο μαγαζι και διαπίστωσα οτι η προσφορα έχει λήξει απο τις 8/12...Με λίγα λόγια ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ I shop from Masouti stores almost exclusively and I can say with certainty that this is the worst store in this chain that I have shopped. In the last 5 months, it happened twice that the cashier knocked and charged the same product twice, which I realize later at home. It also happened twice that the offer of a product had ended but the offer label remained on the shelf. I bought today 13/12/2018 5 packages of gouda cheese which I consume anyway and it was supposed to have an offer price. In the parking lot I found that the charge was made at the normal price. I returned to the store and found that the offer has expired since 8/12 ... In short, UNACCEPTABLE
Α	ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχει χώρο για πάρκινγκ αλλά δύσκολο γιατί είναι στο υπόγειο . Μεγάλη ποικιλία προϊόντων όχι φτηνές τιμές αν και έχει πολλά σούπερ μάρκες κοντά που το ανταγωνίζονται. Οι υπάλληλοι τώρα δεν είναι και τόσο χαμογελαστοί Οι προσφορές αξίζουν μόνο στα δικά του προϊόντα και πρέπει να έχεις την κάρτα ΜΑΣΟΥΤΗΣ για να την κερδίσεις . Αυτό το κόλπο δεν το κατάλαβα ποτέ …….. It has parking space but it's hard because it's in the basement. Wide variety of products not cheap prices although it has many super brands close to it. Employees are now not so smiling The offers are worth only on their own products and you must have the MASOUTIS card to win it. This trick I never understood ...... ..
