J	Jfd Jfd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από σπάσιμο βραχίονα σκελετου που είχα αγοράσει απ το κατάστημα Mati Mati Αμαρουσίου, παράγγειλα στις 15/2/18 στις 15.00 νέο σκελετό ίδιο με τον σπασμένο ώστε να αντικαταστησω το σπασμένο μέρος. Η κοπέλα μου πρόσφερε μια πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση κ μάλιστα φρόντισε να βρεθεί ο σκελετός από άλλο κατάστημα της Αττικής κ να έρθει στο Μαρούσι την επόμενη ημέρα. Την επόμενη 16/2/18 στις 14.40 με εξυπηρετεί μια αλλη υπάλληλος που με επιμονή (παρόλο που βιαζομουν πάρα πολυ) ζητάει να αλλάξει εκείνη τους βραχιωνες απ τον καινούριο σκελετό στον άλλο. Δυστυχώς αυτό κράτησε περίπου 20 λεπτά (έπρεπε να ξεβιδωθουν μόνο "2" βιδες) διότι η εν λόγω κυρία έχοντας νύχια 2-3 πόντων κ αρκετό ύφος , όχι μόνο καθυστερησε αλλά πέταξε(της έπεσαν αλλά δεν έδωσε καμμια σημασια) στο πάτωμα κ τις 2 βιδες χρησιμοποιώντας του παλιού σκελετου κ βέβαια, όταν ζητησα φεύγοντας να πάρω όλα τα μέρη του καινούριου σκελετου που είχα αγορασει (αρχικά μου έδωσε τη θήκη χωρίς τις βίδες πιστευοντας πως θα με ξεγελασει κ δεν θα το δω) κ θεώρησε αγγαρεία κ καψονι το να βρει κ να μου δώσει τις βίδες που έχασε λέγοντας μου "καλά περιμένετε να σκυψω για να βρω τις βίδες σας? " όταν παρακαλεσα να πάρω ότι αγόρασα. Σαν αποτέλεσμα είχε να έχουν μαζευτεί πελάτες που δεν εξηπηρετουνται (κάποιοι από αυτούς κάναν κ παράπονα) κ γω να φύγω με τη μία βίδα που ευτυχώς βρήκε η υπάλληλος στο πάτωμα κ μια αλλη που δεν έχει καμμια σχέση με την αυθεντική (δεν βιδωνει καν στον σκελετό) κ βέβαια ενώ συγκρινε κ είδε πως δεν κανει την έβαλε στη συσκευασία την οποία σχεδόν θυμωμένη μου έδωσε κ πέρασε στον επόμενο δυσαρεστημένο πελάτη. Είναι πολύ κρίμα να χαλάει έτσι την εικόνα ενός τόσο καλού κ οικονομικού μαγαζιού μια υπάλληλος χωρίς θέληση για δουλειά κ αίσθηση της εξυπηρέτησης κ της συμπεριφοράς προς τον πελάτη. Unfortunately this took about 20 minutes (only "2" screws had to be unscrewed) because the lady in question, having 2-3 point nails and a lot of style, not only delayed but threw (they fell to her but didn't pay any attention) on the floor and 2 screws using the old frame and of course, when I asked leaving all the parts of the new frame I had bought (initially he gave me the case without the screws believing that he would fool me and I won't see it) and he considered it a chore and he wanted to find it and give me the screws he lost by telling me "well done tractive to stoop to get your bolts; "when you ask to get it bought. As a result, customers who are not served (some of them complained) have gathered and I leave with one screw that fortunately the employee found on the floor and another that has nothing to do with the original (it doesn't even screw on the frame ) and of course while comparing and saw that he does not do it he put it in the package which almost angrily gave me and passed to the next dissatisfied customer. It is a pity that an employee of such a good and cheap shop spoils the image of a job without a will and a sense of service and behavior towards the customer.

Τους κάλεσα μετά από 10 ημέρες χωρίς ενημέρωση για να λάβω δηκτική απάντηση πως φταίει το ταχυδρομείο, χωρίς ίχνος ευγένειας. Ο υπάλληλος μού δήλωσε πως θα καλέσει για να επισπευθεί η διαδικασία. Μετά τα έβαλα στη θήκη τους και δεν τα ξαναχρησιμοποίησα. Πριν λίγες μέρες που τα έβγαλα να τα χρησιμοποιήσω παρατήρησα ότι οι φακοί είχαν αλλοιωθεί! Στο κατάστημα που πήγα με την απόδειξη αγοράς μου είπαν ότι για 6 μήνες με καλύπτουν! Το κόστος αλλαγής φακών που μου πρότειναν ήταν ασύμφορο. Τα γυαλιά μου είναι άχρηστα πια. Δε θα αγοράσω τίποτα ξανά από το mati mati! Forgivingly unacceptable! I bought a pair of sunglasses 9 months ago in the summer and wore them for a few months until the fall.
