Υπέροχα πράγματα, πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και όλα πολύ φροντισμένα. Ζητήσαμε ειδικές κατασκευες και το αποτέλεσμα ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας. Θα επιστρέψουμε!

This lady almost destroyed our kid‘s baptism. She only sent pictures of what she was creating about a week before the baptism, even though we repeatedly ask for them. When we finally got the pictures it did neither correspond at all with the theme that we had communicated to her beforehand, nor was the quality acceptable to us. We tried to rescue the situation but at one point she stopped responding to us - i guess because she went on Easter holidays - and left us unsure whether she will actually perform the changes we wanted. Because of this we were forced to look for alternatives, which as you can guess is extremely difficult and expensive less than a week before a baptism, especially if Greek Easter lies in this week. When we went to the shop to pick up some of the items - we had prepaid a significant amount, for which she by the way refused at first to issue a receipt - she refused to give us any of the items. She said it is everthing or nothing. She then angrily grapped the dress we had in our hands and pushed my mother in law with force out of the shop and locked despite that we were there during normal opening hours. We had to call the police, which however could not help us as she had disappeared and as there was no receipt. Until this date she has not given back the money. A receipt however she has issued in the meantime. My guess as to why she did that is as good as yours. We are currently consulting with our lawyer to take legal actions. The amount at stake might not be high but the stress she caused us less than a week before the baptism is nothing I wish to anyone.
