★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα κανει την παραγγελια μου ηλεκτρονικα, αρχες Μαρτίου και μου είχαν δωσει ημερομηνια παραδοσης περιπου στις 15/3. Αφού με κάλεσαν την παραμονή και κλείσαμε την παράδοση, το πρωι της επόμενης μέρας βλέποντας στο site ενα αλλο προιον, γραφειο βιβλιοθηκη. τους κάλεσα μήπως και υπάρχει δυνατότητα να αλλάξω τη παραγγελία μου. Αυτό απο μεριάς μου ηταν παραλογο και το ξερω, τους είπα όμως οτι δεν είχα προβλημα να κανονίζαμε και αλλη ημερομηνία παράδοσης. Η κοπέλα ήταν ευγενέστατη, μου εξήγησε και ηταν λογικό οτι είχαν κοπεί τιμολόγια και ειχαν ηδη φορτωθεί τα πραγματα αλλα θα το κοιτούσε. Σε πεντε λεπτά με πήρε τηλέφωνο και μου είπε οτι τελικά θα μου παρέδιδαν αυτό που τους ζήτησα...Η διαφορά στη τιμή ήταν 50 ευρώ οπότε δεν είχε και ιδιαίτερο νόημα να μπουν σ αυτη τη ταλαιπωρία οι ανθρωποι. Το γραφείο ηρθε και ειναι καταπληκτικό, πολυ καλή κατασκευή. Πρώτη φορά μου συνέβη τέτοια εξυπηρέτηση και σε διαδικτυακή κιόλας αγορά. Σίγουρα θα αγοράσω και αλλα πραγματα που χρειαζομαι απο το καταστημα
I had placed my order electronically, at the beginning of March and they had given me a delivery date of about 15/3. After they called me on the eve and we closed the delivery, the next morning seeing on the site another product, a library office. I called them and maybe I can change my order. This on my part was absurd and I know it, but I told them that I had no problem arranging another delivery date. The girl was very kind, she explained to me and it was logical that invoices had been cut and things had already been loaded but she would look into it. In five minutes he called me and told me that they would finally give me what I asked for ... The difference in price was 50 euros so it did not make much sense for people to get into this trouble. The office came and it is amazing, very good construction. This is the first time such a service has happened to me in an online market. I will definitely buy other things I need from the store
