Maxima Luxury Car Rentals - 846 00

I rented a car from the Old Port branch and returned to the airport. After going to a recommended rental car place earlier, I looked at their reviews and it didn’t look great so I walked to Avis and they didn’t have any cars. They recommended Maxima. When I walked in, they said they had no cars however the person at the desk tried their hardest and found out that a car was due to be returned 3 hours later. Although it was a car that wasn’t the cheapest (Kia Picanto), I was given a VW Polo automatic hence the €60 price. When I noticed that Maxima had an office at the airport, I asked if I could return the car there, which meant saving the €25 transfer cost, I was told I could. Excellent service. Pay that little bit extra so that you don’t pay later with shoddy cars and fines taken off your credit card for no fault of your own (based on reviews) Plus if you like dogs, they have an elderly Golden retriever!
