★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσοχή, έκανα παραγγελια μέσω ίντερνετ και αντικαταβολή, υπήρχε καταχώρηση αλλά καμία εξέλιξη μετά από 3 μέρες. Δεν απαντάνε στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο, φαίνονται ερασιτεχνες
 Attention, I placed orders online and cash on delivery, there was an registration but no progress after 3 days. They do not answer the call center, they look like amateurs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάκιστη εξυπηρέτηση. Έχω κάνει μια παραγγελία από 10/10 και μέχρι σήμερα 7/11 δεν την έχω παραλάβει. Αν και οι κοπέλες του τηλεφωνικού κέντρου είναι ευγενικές, σηκώνουν πολύ δύσκολα τα τηλέφωνα. Πρέπει να καλέσει κανείς δεκάδες φορές, για να επικοινωνήσει τηλεφωνικά. Το ίδιο ισχύει και με τα μεηλ. Έχω ζητήσει να μου απαντήσουν γραπτώς για την εξέλιξη της παραγγελίας και, αν δεν υπάρχει ακόμα πρόοδος, να την ακυρώσουν. Ακόμα περιμένω απάντηση. Δεν συνιστώ σε κανέναν να παραγγείλει από αυτό το e-shop.
Poor service. I have placed an order since 10/10 and until today 7/11 I have not received it. Although the girls of the call center are polite, they have a hard time picking up the phones. You have to call dozens of times to call. The same goes for emails. I have asked to be answered in writing about the progress of the order and, if there is no progress yet, to cancel it. I am still waiting for an answer. I do not recommend anyone to order from this e-shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο κατάστημα. Έκανα παραγγελία ένα ΕΤΟΙΜΟΠΑΡΑΔΟΤΟ προιόν στις 10 Δεκεμβρίου και στις 23 Δεκεμβρίου ενημερώθηκα ότι είναι λάθος του site και δεν υπάρχει καμία ενημέρωση για την ημερομηνία αποστολής. Η δε υπάλληλος το αντιμετώπισε σα να μη συμβαίνει τίποτα. Αδιανόητη αδιαφορία.
Unacceptable store. I ordered a READY DELIVERY product on December 10th and on December 23rd I was informed that the site is wrong and there is no update on the shipping date. The clerk treated it as if nothing was happening. Unimaginable indifference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσοχή το κατάστημα είναι απαράδεκτο. Προσπαθώ εδώ και τρεις εβδομάδες να επικοινώνησω μαζί τους για μία παραγγελεία που ουδέποτε έχουνε στείλει (ενώ έχουν πληρωθεί) και δεν απαντάει κανείς ούτε στο τηλέφωνο ούτε στα email. Εχω αναγκαστεί να κινηθώ νομικά εναντίον τους για να μου επιστρέψουνε τα χρήματα. Δε το συνιστώ με τίποτα!
Caution the store is unacceptable. I have been trying for three weeks to contact them about an order they have never sent (while they have been paid) and no one answers either the phone or the emails. I have been forced to take legal action against them to get my money back. I do not recommend it at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα ένα δίσκο φαγητού, βλέποντας στο site ότι είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμος και πλήρωσα Online με κάρτα. Μετά αό 3 ημέρες, έλαβα ένα email όπου με ενημέρωναν με μεγάλη φυσικότητα ότι χρειάζονται 10-15 ημέρες για να στείλουν το προϊόν, ρωτώντας με εάν εξακολουθώ να το θέλω.
I ordered a food tray, seeing on the site that it is immediately available and I paid Online with a card. After 3 days, I received an email informing me with great naturalness that it takes 10-15 days to send the product, asking me if I still want it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 μέρες μετά την παραγγελία μου το σύστημα δείχνει ότι είναι ακόμα σε στάδιο ελέγχου της πληρωμής (έγινε άμεση πληρωμή με κάρτα). Έστειλα δύο μηνύματα για να ενημερωθώ αν υπάρχει κάποιο πρόβλημα και δεν μου έχουν απαντήσει σε κανένα.
10 days after my order the system shows that it is still in the process of payment control (immediate payment was made by card). I sent two messages to find out if there is a problem and they have not responded to any of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι ψεύτικο παιδιά ! Μας έφαγαν εμένα και τους κουμπάρους μας 300 ευρώ ! Κράτησαν τα λεφτά από τις κάρτες και πολύ απλά δεν έστειλαν τα προϊόντα ποτέ . Παρά μόνο κάτι λινκ στα mail μας που κατέληγαν σε page not found! Δίνε τώρα λεφτά να τους κάνεις δικαστήριο! Σε αυτό ποντάρουν
It's fake guys! They ate me and our best men 300 euros! They kept the money from the cards and simply never sent the products. Except for a link to our mail that ended in a page not found! Give them money now to sue them! This is what they bet on
