★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location - location I mean, the scenery is amazing. Rooms are ok, little old, but really not bad.
I want to congratulate 80% of the staff for doing an awesome job. Problem is the other 20%. If you want to be a 4 star (let's not talk about 5 stars ... this is currently out of reach) hotel, the 20% of the staff that thinks it's ok to send people away, look the other way when they could help, lecture guests on "their" rules need to be replaced or trained asap on what customer service means.
Did I enjoy my stay? Yes, but you can count on one experience a day that has the potential to ruin your day of relaxation.
Summary: service suffers. The rest is definitely ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice beach, and great scenery but that’s about it. Rooms are very dated and uncomfortable. Food is mediocre and staff is rude except for a handful of bartenders and the cleaning staff. Front desk was awful from start to finish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is a 3 stars at most. You can tell the staff is not happy to work there, most of them are rude. It’s not clean and a lot of the equipment, especially in the bathroom, is broken. On the positive side, the pillows are comfy and the beach is beautiful. But the annoying noise from the “entertainment” day in day out, the disgusting smell and the boring food don’t make it up. Also beware: if you are on an all included program, they will serve you low quality drinks! Half board drinks were better but first thing the staff will ask you rudely is if you have money to pay for it and if it’ll be cash or card. We hardly ever say that but don’t go there…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel definitely warrants a 5 star rating in terms of location with magnificent views, tranquility and beautiful gardens all around you. However the hotel barely scraps by with a 3 star rating when it comes to accommodation, food quality and service. What is described as a suite is a glorified bedroom with a sofa bed in it. There was no plug in the bath tub, the phone wasnt working, the curtains were hanging off the hooks and the room itself was dirty. The food is repetitive and very badly cooked with food being either completely raw or overcooked. Finally the staff here are rude, unhelpful and lack any sense of customer service. We travelled to this hotel with Tui who need to review their rating as a matter of urgency. Every guest I spoke to were of the same opinion and agreed this is NOT a 5 star hotel. Would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For sure not a 5 stars hotel. It's a 3 stars hotel at most, with nice location, but with old and broken facilities. I got stucked in the elevator one time, and after 2 days the other rusty elevator was blocked between floors again.
Most of reception people are completely useless, with one exception a friendly young girl who helped us with a bus connection.
Friendly personal but some of the waiters are rude and totally uneducated to work in the hospitality business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the view and the landscape are amazing, there is nothing 5 stars about this hotel. Rude staff, small rooms, barely functioning elevators, hordes of flying insects(I even got stung by a wasp) and stray cats. On top of that. it seems that the management weren’t treating their employees well as they went on strike for one day. However, the view and the animators made our stay worthwhile.
