L'endroit est assez mal situé. La plage est à 10min en pente descendante, donc le retour est en montée. Hormis ça, l'endroit n'est accessible à partir de la ville de Pelekas qu'en 25 minutes de descente pure. Donc pour tous vos déplacements, sachez que vous aurez des montées sinueuses. La salle de bain est insalubre et minuscule. La bouche de canalisation se déplace, le lavabo est branlant. Il n'y a pas de rideau de douche. Ça sent les canalisations dans tout l'appartement. Il n'y a ni eponge, ni liquide vaisselle. Les serviettes ne sont pas changées et il n'y a pas de machine à laver. Il n'y avait pas le fer à repasser comme il était indiqué. Il y a deux lits: un à ressorts qui grince, et un sommier sans matelas. On entend les deux propriétaires (sa mère et son fils) se disputer très violemment. La propriétaire irrespectueuse, nous a pisté depuis un autre balcon et nous observait à chaque fois qu'on se posait. Il n'y avait aucun reseau disponible dans l'appartement alors qu'il était specifié qu'il y avait une Wifi La piscine etait plus petite que prevue ou disons que l'angle était trompeur Le terrain n'est pas bien entretenu et la vue sur la mer est gâchée par des constructions. Leur restaurant était horrible, le lieu était sale et la nourriture n'était pas bonne. Sans oublier de mentionner que le propriétaire (qui a cuisiné lui même) avait les mains crasseuses. L'île est bien trop agréable pour que vous perdiez votre temps et votre argent dans cet endroit. N'y allez pas.

Avevo prenotato per 6 notti ma arrivati sul posto non ci sono piaciute diverse cose, i gestori , mamma anziana e figlio non sono in grado di gestire e ricevere clientela internazionale, innanzitutto li sentivamo litigare dalla zona piscina spesso, alzando molto la voce , con la clientela in piscina che sentiva tutto. Zona piscina trascurata, doccia rotta , fondo della piscina mai trovato pulito, il bar piscina con polvere sugli accessori , la cucina nell'appartamento vecchia con piano cottura arrugginito, non abbiamo mai cucinato in casa e nemmeno usufruito della taverna del posto perché non era curata la pulizia, al secondo giorno ce ne siamo andati e trasferiti in un hotel per non rovinarci le vacanze, perdendo anche i soldi pagati ma meglio così.

Horrible...appartement non insonorisé, on entend tout, les voisins, les portes, les travaux dès 7h le matin du lundi au dimanche. Si vous cherchez du repos et de la tranquillité, passez votre chemin. La literie était ignoble. Vieux lit à ressort qui vous rentre dans le dos. aucun confort. La chambre n'était pas propre. Ah oui, si vous voulez de l'eau chaude dans l'appartement, prevoyez de faire couler l'eau pendant 15min. Télévision ne marche pas, pas de wifi, pas de produits de 1ere nécessité quand vous arrivez (sel, poivre, éponge, liquide vaisselle,...). Le snack de l'hôtel est à l'image de la chambre. Sale. On a du partir ailleurs 2 nuits pour pouvoir essayer de dormir correctement. Passez votre chemin

Pagamos 4 noches y nos fuimos a la primera. Ojalá hubiera leído estos reviews antes, ya que en airbnb no había y nos dejamos llevar por las fotos. Nos pasó todo lo que mencionan en comentarios anteriores; las paredes funcionan como amplificador en vez de aislante de sonido. La ducha no tenía cortina ni nada que la sostenga, por lo que debías sostenerla con una mano para ducharte. La electricidad era débil; conectamos simplemente el hervidor y se cayeron los automáticos, cortando la luz de todo el departamento. El lugar no tiene los muebles de las fotos, el pasto está lleno de maleza y hay construcciones en todo el rededor. Los dueños pelean y gritan todo el día y no hablan ni entienden inglés. Hay muchísimas mejores opciones por el mismo precio.

Very nice, clean place with the best view ever to wake up to. The place is run by Antonis and his mother, very welcoming and helpful people. The place is 5-10 minutes walk from the beach.

Our stay was a nightmare. We needed internet for our work, and the connection was simply unexistent, and we had to rely on mobile data for the whole stay, which costed us a tremendous amount of money. We complained several times but nothing ever changed, and we quickly understood that "I'll take care of it" meant "I have other fish to fry" in the owner's mouth. Same with the shower, we had hot water for the first three days (we stayed there for 22 nights), and then had to boil water with the electric keetle because water from the shower was ice cold. The place is dirty, and the owner doesn't provide us with anything to wash our own room. He's arrogant and reacts very agressively when you report a problem. If you like family dramas, you'll be very happy there though, because not a day goes by without the owner and his mom shouting at each other for whatever reason (very good way to learn colloquial Greek by the way). Mattresses are hard as stones. When being so close to the sea, we had no intention to use the swimming-pool anyway, but I need to note that it wasn't kept at all either, as former travellers already said. Future travellers might be attracted to the very low price, as we were, but I can assure they'll regret it. It'll ruin your holidays, find yourself a nice cozy place in Pelekas, it's a wonderful village and there are plenty of them, but don't go to Escape Rooms.

Nightmare is an underestatement to describe this place. We were greeted with an entrance filled with building materials, dirty shoes, discarted bottles and just plain junk. Once we were inside the apartment we had rented we noted broken screens, mildewed covered faucets, mold in one of the ceilings and leftover dirty clothes and shoes (covered in cement). The beds and towels were awfully worned out, there was no shower curtain and one of the terraces was blocked with leftover building materials and broken furniture. We had paid in advance for 14 days but left after one night since the place was just uninhabitable!

The one star reviews are exaggerated. I give 2,5. Generally, the place is ok. + pool is clean and nice + localization is very good + apartment was clean +/- view, ok but disturbed by construction site - uncomfortable bed, like you sleep on a only material on springs. I asked a host for additional blankets and didn’t receive them - very loud and quite dirty conditioner - thin walls, you can hear your neighbors
