★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This a fantastic old world experience. The villa is renovated to retain some old world charm and you can imagine how the locals lived.
The villa is comfortably air conditioned and the accommodation is generously proportioned.
The service is great too and they do their best to make you feel welcome.
The location is not the greatest but overall it’s OK. It allows for a modest walk to all the action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my time in this hotel. The people at the reception desk are really kind and helpful. The staff who cleaned our room, made a good job. It was easy to park on the road in front of the hotel, but they have a parking spot which is free for costumers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay in interesting and changing area. Quirky places to eat and drink in the area. Close enough to metro. District is mostly motor vehicle repair shops. Lofts and art galleries beginning to appear and will be very different in a couple of years. We had largest room on top floor with balconies and a view of the acropolis. Rooms as shown in websites. Tidy and well looked after. 24/7 concierge which is good for those getting into Athens late. The hotel offers transfers from the airport for 79/80€ but you can also take the metro for 10€ per person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, my family and I stayed at the hotel for six days. The room was perfect for five persons, mum, dad and three kids. The hotel is placed in an somewhat industrial area, lot of car repair shops and real Athens life. But that does not matter, it's authentic and good. A short walk you have great café's and restaurants. 15 min on foot you have all the shopping possibilities you want. Or you can just stay in the hotel for a good cup of coffee and breakfast..rent a car drive around, take a deep breath and enjoy the Greek traffic ?

We had changed our original hotel due to complications and chose this hotel and I am so so glad we did.
The service, hotel and facilities are excellent. I have travelled a lot and this is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed. No request is to big, your treated like your in a 5* hotel and to me the staff here are better than any 5* hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were spotless, and the cleaner did a great job daily refreshing. The hotel was close to everything I needed from the major sites to the lgbtq+ bars which were close enough for myself but there are also other bars located all over to around hotel. I literally couldn’t recommend this hotel enough to anyone wishing to visit Greece. I am definitely returning for sure. And Mario the owner and his team I couldn’t praise enough. This is how a hotel should be run.
