G	Georgia Theof on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα σήμερα το MEDICAL Ραφήνας για προγραμματισμενες εξετάσεις η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άρτια χωρίς καθυστερήσεις. Ευχαριστώ τα κορίτσια στη ρεσεψιόν, την κυρία Έρση στο μικροβιολογικό και την κυρία Ελένη που μου έκανε την μαστογραφία με μεγάλη υπομονή μετά από χειρουργείο που είχα κάνει. I visited MEDICAL Rafina today for scheduled exams, the service was perfect without delays. I thank the girls at the reception, Mrs. Ersi at the microbiology and Mrs. Eleni who did the mammogram with great patience after the surgery I had.
K	Kapa Dm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στο συγκεκριμένο διαγνωστικό έχω κάνει ψηφιακή μαστογραφία, τεστ κοπώσεως και έχω δει καρδιολόγο που ήταν από τους πιο καλούς γιατρούς που έχω συναντήσει. Μπορεί να μη βρίσκεις εύκολα άκρη με το τηλέφωνο κάποιες φορές παίρνεις 3-4 φορές μέχρι να το σηκώσουν αλλά μέχρι στιγμής έχω μείνει πολύ ευχαριστημένη. In this diagnostic I have made a digital mammography, a cutting test and I have seen a cardiologist who was from the most good doctors I've met. You may not easily find the phone with the phone sometimes you get 3-4 times until it lift it but so far I have been very pleased.

Ο αθλητής μας τραυματιστηκε σε αγώνα και χρειάστηκε άμεσα ραντεβού για μαγνητική τομογραφία . Το Μεντικαλ Ραφήνας κατανοώντας το πρόβλημα έδωσε αμέσως λύση. m	margarita limperi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτος προγραμματισμός που επέφερε σοβαρότατη αναστάτωση σε ασθενή που εδώ και δύο χρόνια κάθε τρεις μήνες στο ίδιο διαγνωστικό έκανε τις εξετάσεις του.. Υπάλληλος ενημέρωσε πως τα αποτελέσματα των εξετάσεων είναι έτοιμα προς παραλαβή και μετά από 5 λεπτά άλλος υπάλληλος ενημέρωσε πως τελικά τα αποτελέσματα θα είναι έτοιμα μετά από τρεις εργάσιμες.. Πραγματικά δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω γιατί πρέπει να συμβαίνουν όλα αυτά. Εννοείται πως ήταν και η τελευταία φορά που επισκεφτήκαμε το παρόν διαγνωστικό.. Unacceptable planning that caused a very serious upset to a patient who for two years every three months in the same diagnostic did his examinations .. An employee informed that the results of the exams are ready to be received and after 5 minutes another employee informed that finally the results will be ready after three working days .. I really can not understand why all this must happen. Of course, this was the last time we visited this diagnostic ..
Γ	Γιάννης Στρίκος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άριστη και άμεση εξυπηρέτηση, πολύ ευγενικοί υπάλληλοι και καταρτισμένοι γιατροί, μοντέρνος και πολύ καθαρός χώρος. Έχω μείνει απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος όλες τις φορές που το επισκέφτηκα και μεγάλη σημασία για εμένα έχει ότι ακόμα και μέσω πανδημίας που χρειάστηκε να το επισκεφτώ δεν φοβήθηκα όση ώρα ήμουν εκεί καθώς τηρήθηκαν όλα τα μέτρα ασφαλείας. Excellent and prompt service, very polite staff and trained doctors, modern and very clean space. I have been completely satisfied every time I visited it and it is very important for me that even through a pandemic that I had to visit I was not afraid while I was there as all the security measures were observed.

Παραθέτω λοιπόν την απόδειξή σας ώστε να μην τίθεται αμφιβολία για το αν με έχετε ασθενή ή όχι. Για το εάν η κριτική μου είναι κακόβουλη με πόσα αστέρια θέλετε να σας βαθμολογήσω όταν μου στέλνετε τις απεικονιστικές άλλου ασθενούς σας τις οποίες στέλνω στον γιατρό μου και μετά από ώρες καταλαβαίνετε ότι είχε "κολλήσει" το σύστήμά σας και μου στέλνετε τις δικές μου; Ας ενημερώσω λοιπόν την ΑΠΔ και την κυρία της οποίας τις απεικονιστικές εξετάσεις μου στείλατε για να δω μήπως την επόμενη φορά σκεφτείτε δύο φορές πριν μιλήσετε. Εξυπακούεται ότι μετά από αυτό το μπάχαλο επανέλαβα την εξέταση σε άλλο κέντρο. I'm sorry!!! Because you replied that I am allegedly not your client and that my criticism is allegedly malicious, I am updating the criticism. So I quote your proof so that there is no doubt about whether you have me sick or not. If my review is malicious, how many stars do you want me to rate you when you send me the pictures of another patient that I send to my doctor and after hours you realize that your system was "stuck" and you send me mine? So let me inform the APD and the lady whose imaging exams you sent me to see if next time you think twice before speaking. It goes without saying that after this mess I repeated the examination at another center.

They were kind and super fast. In 2 minutes we were out from the center already running to the port. The email arrived 15 minutes later, perfectly on time!
P	Purple Crystal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ waiting time is 30 min. and up every time even when an appointment has been booked. the male MRI technician did nothing to make my mother comfortable so she had to suffer pain and discomfort throughout the whole procedure. completely void of compassion. the phone lines are always busy, takes hours of constant dialling to get them, if you can get them at all. when and if you finally get them though, they are polite and helpful. very small parking place, usually fully occupied. the prices are ok. conclusion: many areas need improvement, the staff should be chosen more carefully REPLY TO THE OWNER: it is obvious that the name is a pseudonym. and yes, it is MEDICAL ΡΑΦΗΝΑΣ the review is about. btw handling patients during MRI procedure has nothing to do with their age. on the contrary - more care and compassion should be given/shown to older patients.
